Neighbors actually thought there was a dead cat in their garden, that's how bad it smelt apparently

By roast, I mean you can simply cut a block and place them beside an open stove or place them near source of heat. The smell ahould lessen then.

Always wanted to try horse. Guess it depends on the animal. You know the difference that people say between grass-fed and corn-fed beef? That's just diet, which effects the marbling as well as taste.
