>Ask driver, "Hey man uh...Would it be an issue if you waited for me until I was finished with grocery shopping, I'll pay ext-"

>Spend 30 minutes to get groceries
>Come back and find the uber driver was still there
>He sees me and pops the trunk open as I put my groceries inside
>Uber drives me home
>I thank and even tipped him an extra 10

i've lived in the midwest, the east coast, the south, and the west coast, as well as in germany for a few months, and nearly every single restaurant i've been to which had a breakfast menu offered carbonara along with pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, macaroni salad, waffles, etc.

so i've nearly mastered poultry stock. it always comes out a clear golden colour with great flavor and texture
my beef stock, on the other hand, always gels nicely, but it's also always cloudy and brownish grey and doesn't taste right
roughly here's what i do:
>cover bones in cold water bring to boil for ~20min
>rinse
>roast in hot oven until maillardy
>add aromatics and roast a bit more
>dump into pressure pot
>add water to cover
>pressure cook for 1 hr
>cool
>strain
>cool some more
>remove fat
>strain more etc.
