I'd saute whatever veggies and meat you have then mix in some broth or something. I don't know.

I like using broccoli, zucchini, bell pepper, snow/sugar snap peas, and mushrooms. oh and lots of garlic, onion and ginger is a must. I like using oyster sauce but even just a little bit of soy is flavorful enough.

I want some stir fry with tofu. Vegans win baby!
