Just go to a store that sells a wide variety of knives. Buy one that feels good in your grip and doesn't break the bank. Learn to sharpen it and keep it honed. Even the most expensive knife will dull into a letter opener given time. Put those Walmart knives on sharpening stones and they'd cut just as well as your Zwillings (for a few days)

Many french food requires a lot of ingredients. Which kinda make them look harder to do than they really are.
You could try a pot-au-feu. It usually requires many ingredient but it's really easy to make and it's very comforting in winter.
Boeuf Bourguignon is really good and comforting too.
Coq-au-vin or cock in wine.
They love duck breasts (magret de canard). I personally don't but if you like that you can probably find plenty of recipes.

Does anyone really like hops in their beer?
I know pretty much every single beer ever is made with them, and I enjoy a few beers that have that slight hop taste to them; but there's so many IPA's and whatever that just taste like hops. They all have these weird names and descriptions about how good they are and how they were made and what they were made with, but the only flavor is "lots of hops". It never changes. "Lots of hops" that's the only flavor, with maybe, MAYBE the most slightest undertone of other flavor like citrus or chocolate or something.
Why not just call it "ultra hopped beer" because that's all it ever fucking is? I don't even understand who could like this as a taste/flavor. Beers are good, beers with hops in them can be good if they aren't over used, but all these fucking beers that are just hops need to go away.

Obviously frozen based on the steamed, puffed up crust and sausage bits which also only come as frozen. That one larger sausage bit on the crust is also clearly there due to moving around while frozen. It's stuck there because of frost, and then stayed there during convection oven baking. At a pizzeria, that nug would have fallen off.

Paradoxically, fast food American pizza is at times less of a disgusting thing for me.
Because at least shitty pizza is pretty much the same everywhere, I can just order one in any country of the world and I'm going to get the same thing.

Hint: Pizza is not a luxury food, you mouth breathing mongoloids. Even in luxury restaurants you'll be very hard pressed to find a pizza over €15 in Italy, and that includes places where the course meal is like €200 per person.
But then, there's Americans. And their disgusting 'thin crust' that's five times as thick as a Naples-style crust. And their oversized cheese portions. And their completely tasteless mozzarella. And their abhorrent ingredient combos. All for the very reasonable price of a lobster meal.
