Anyone else really love kielbasa? I find it very versatile, aside from eating it like a hot dog I like to slice it up and toss it in all kinds of stir fries, casseroles and all kinds of dishes spicy, savory or cheesy. Not to mention it's inexpensive and the turkey kind is a great low calorie meat option.

>Grill kielbasa
>Slice
>Serve slices on nice crackers with slice of aged cheddar underneath
10/10 appetizer
You mean premium tube steak?
I usually stick with the cheaper variety in a bun.

I love it, OP. A store in town will sell the turkey kind super cheap. I like it fried in a pan with some eggs

>"Do you have the pizza with pasta on the middle?"
>Excuse me?
>"Yes, last time I ordered they had it"
>Excuse me, but the only place I know where they do that is Cici's pizza
>"But I'm pretty sure was here."
Funny thing, I once put boneless wings on a spare pizza after close.

Hold the eggs please.
Refined sugar is killing you and it's in EVERYTHING
>>9047372
Soy is not in everything unless you live in some sort of tranny Eastern country
>>9047366
Dont you mean corn syrup
>>9048244
Corn syrup is sugar that is just absorbed much quicker into your system due to a higher fructose ratio. AVOID ALL ADDED SUGARS, HFCS, AND EVEN ARTIFICIAL 0-CAL SWEETENER.

Is actual authentic and traditional Mexican cuisine that good or is it just a meme?
What states in Mexico have the best food if one were to visit?
>>9034814
when we went to vacation when i was around 7 with a developing immunesystem, im sure i caught hepatitis A (the temporary one). i remember the doctor palpating my liver, and it was swollen and i could feel him touching it. but goddam that was the best street food ive ever eaten.
Traditional Mexican is rotting meat loaded with a bunch of spices to hide the horrible taste and smell
TexMex is much tastier and won't make you dysentery
Authentic Mexican food is hard to come by. Most Mexican food people know of is California hippy bullshit or Texan """"""authentic""""" Mexican food. If you're in Mexico, the food changes depending on the region. Where I'm from, which is north central Mexico, all we eat is steak, cheese, beans, and bread. The more Central you go, you'll find a lot more corn and chicken and less beef. Down south, you'll encounter mostly vegetables and beans and stuff like that. All around the coasts you'll encounter mostly seafood, especially shrimp and oysters and crab. Beaners love that shit. I've been all around México, ask me anything.
How do you like your martini? I like mine traditional but extra dirty, which is inconvienent since i always run out of olive juice before the olives are gone and the last third or so of the olives in the jar are wasted.
>>9054396
is it frozen? why isn't it pouring out?
>>9054441
Cuz i made it extra strong
I like Olives but just not in my drink. I just want a Twist of Lemon. Beefeater is my favorite gin but I also like Tanquray 10.
What condiments do you prefer on a burger? It seems to me, the two more popular choices seem to be ketchup and mayo (most Wendy's burgers, the Whopper) or ketchup and mustard (most McDonalds burgers, McDouble, etc) , so what are your thoughts? What do you prefer on your burger?
If it's your run of the mill burger, then ketchup and mustard (with cheese, grilled onions, and maybe pickles as actual toppings).
If it's a fucking amazing patty like what Louis' Lunch in your photograph serves... then no condiments. I don't want any sauces to get in the way of the beef. The tomato and onion are perfect accents.
for me, the classic tomato lettuce onion mayo can't be beat unless you're doing something thematic

grilled lobster with butter
Overspiced my chili. Is there a way I can decrease the spicyness level?
>>9053951
Scrape it with a chip and add milk
Add more of everything else but spice
>>9053951
You can toss some peeled potatoes in there, let them cook for a while, then remove them. They will absorb some of the spice. I've seen that method discussed in multiple books but I've never tried it personally.
Your other alternative is to dilute the spice by adding more of the other ingredients (meat, mild peppers, beans if you are using them, etc.)
I hope your chili isn't as watery as that in your pic.
>And today we're going to make a nice, classic tomayto sauce
>Opens can of puréed tomatoes
How do you make a tomato sauce from just raw tomatoes?
>>9053697
Well the first step would be learning to cook, preferably food, and after that it should be fairly self explanatory.
>>9053697
Spend several hours stewing and blending them.
Broccoli
Baby I like it raw
>raw covered in cheese
I like to sprinkle steamed broccoli on blocks of raw cheese.
