Any britbongs here like faggots? I found out I can get pigs hearts cheap as all hell and am trying to experiment with them. I found that they are a core ingredient in faggots and was wondering if anybody had recipes/recommendations/anything to say about faggots in general.

craving raw fish, what should i make tomorrow?

i think tomorrow im going to go to the local asian market and buy a fish. i think i want to make sushi. memes aside i think it could be fun to learn. is store bought fish fresh enough to eat raw? like if its a whole fish from the deli at the grocery store. should i make something else? i dont know many dishes of raw fish besides sushi stuff

So I have 30,000 dollars to survive on for the next 2 years.

18,000 goes to rent. 3600 goes to utilities. 3600 goes to various expenses.

So I have about 200 dollars a month for food. If I limit myself to eating out once every 2 weeks on a 15$ budget I have 170$ per month.

Is this sustainable? What should I get?

That's more than sustainable if you're even a little thrifty. Buy ingredients and make stuff yourself. Buy in bulk and look for coupons and/or sales. Rice, potatoes, flour, and beans are your friends.

You can literally just eat them. They aren't the tastiest thing in the world, but if you find some worms in your fish they won't hurt you.

Hey y'all, tomorrow I'm smoking 4 racks of ribs and an ~8.5lbs boston butt.

I'm in a bit of trouble since I need BOTH of them cooked and ready by the evening, but obviously, ribs and butts cook at different durations. How should I do it?

>reheat once butt is done and pulled
This isn't ideal... But might be necessary

or

Problem is, doesn't smoke in the middle of a cook make a bitter taste? I dunno.

but i agree with what the other anon said, put them in the same time. I would not use plastic wrap. Try to find some butcher paper and wrap the ribs with that and throw them in a cooler with some towels.

i personally add wood chunks(dont use chips) through out my smoke, if im not wrapping anything. but i mainly use cherry and i let my hickory burn for a bit before i put anything in the smoker.

Rice a roni is the San Francisco treat. When was the last time you had the white shells and cheddar? The superior cousin of macaroni and cheese, and the perfect partner to any savory meat dish, when I was a kid my mom ruined them by adding too much melk. Making the sauce just drip off the shells, and eating just basically plain boiled shells, but now that I'm a pro chef I make them just right
