Don't boil the jamaica flowers but instead let them soak overnight otherwise it'll be very acidic. Tepache and tejuino are fermented drinks, I've found it's a hit and miss since they go bad very quickly.
Tepache is semi-fermented pineapple juice, just toss some pineapple peels in a vessel with juice and ferment for a day.
Tejuino is corn masa and piloncillo, boil water, add masa and piloncillo until it disolves and let it sit for a day.
Look up champurrado and pinole for winter time drinks.

What's up /ck/, I need ideas for cheap, tasty snacks. I can cook/bake well enough to make most things so that's not an issue. I give no fucks if it's healthy, as long as it's cheap and I can make a ton at the same time.
I've thought about it and rice balls with soy sauce seem decent enough for cheap. Packaged snacks like pretzels are good but too expensive for the quantity you get.
What do you snack on?

I just like the feeling of biting down a huge club. I still like burger more, but deli is like cold burger......
Some good dinner's 8 to 10$ menu are way better than subway.

Been eating alot of chicken and sauteed veggies. Mostly eat hard boiled eggs and chicken breast now because of boxing, I gotta eat right ya know. I can't stand fish but I'm way more willing to try it now, especially since it is very good for a boxer like myself. How do I make tuna taste edible but still keep it healthy? Do I buy it in a can or should I get it in a bag instead?
