Call me a gringo, but I basicaly do that + 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Enchances the texture and creaminess imo.
>avocato
>lemon
>salt
>onion (optional)
tomato is to guacamole what pineapple is to pizza
>no garlic
ITT: bland food eating vampires
What do you normally eat and drink every single day?
Mine is:
> Matcha (green tea)
> Napa Cabbage
> Egg
> Spinach
> Garlic
> Bread
>>9131985
>coffee
>PBR
>whatever I cook
>Gatorade© Propel®
>rum
>whatever i can manage to throw together while blacking out
Water, beans, greens. The rest is varied.
Just came back from the forest with pick related. What should i cook with them, except stew?
>pick related
Vastly underrated pun
Also just fry them with butter and garlic, cook lamb or veal chops in the juice and deglaze the pan with cream
Or a risotto, risotto always works

how high do you want to get, op?
What is the best brand of coffee?
My tub of maxwell ran out and I want to try out some gourmet shit. I want to really spend some mother fucking money.
If you don't live in the fucking sticks look for a local place that roasts their own beans.
Black rifle coffee is pretty good.
I've heard Dunkin' Donuts is the best and McDonald's is second best.
So I'm visiting my family in Galway, Ireland soon. I'm also probably gonna go on a trip to Dublin as well. I was wondering if any Irish co/ck/s can help tell me some good restaurants in those two cities and what are some good Irish beer and whiskey to try?
If anyone has any similar questions I can help if they are visiting new york city
>>9131763
Drink Smithwicks, it's made by Guinness. Almost all the food is good, the Irish don't fuck around.
>>9131768
Op here. Tbh I really don't like a lot of boiled food if it isn't vegetables and most of the irish food I've had here was boiled stuff my family made. Hope I can find better food that isn't necessarily boiled there.
Irish co/ck/ here our national dishes generally involve stewing and potatoes and cabbage so I can really recommend a dish be we are held in high regard in terms of the quality of our beef and dairy products,in regards of whiskey you could try a bushmills or tullemore dew, beers we've plent theof stouts n IPAs when in Dublin visit the porterhouse for a decent selection
I'm cooking a wrapped pork roast dinner for this girl next week.
Pork is just a tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto. I was thinking roast potato with it.
How do you feel about roasted mushrooms? Was thinking about adding one large one to each plate.
Also stuck on what I should get or make for desert?
>>9131715
As long as it's a large one it should plate well, using a whole cap.
Do you have another vegetable planned or a sauce? You could probably just get away with a mushroom sauce unless you're going for visual plating.
>>9131734
Was just planning on the mushroom and roast potato. Do you have a recommendation?
I also wasn't planning on a sauce. I'm not too fond of them, and the pork has some honey mustard inside of it. Wasn't sure of a sauce that would match it.
>>9131766
Oh Jesus Stage-Diving Christ how and why is honey mustard inside your pork loin?
>vanilla
>french vanilla
>vanilla bean
>they all taste the same
This is an egregious waste of shelf space.
french vanilla totally tastes different then all the rest and is also the best
Vanilla, french vanilla, and vanilla bean are all different and you're a fucking moron retard if you honestly think they taste the same.
Bro, do you ACTUALLY have working taste buds? Come the fuck on.
>>9131360
which one has the listeria?
Just ate pic related. You know when you go to the dentist and you can taste the latex glove in your mouth?
Frozen strudel is one of those things, I like, but only about once or twice a year.
I especially like to buy a can of whipped cream to go with it, and insert the tip through the slits of the strudel, effectively ejaculating cold cream into the steaming hot innards and pumping it close to bursting.
Pocky followup thread
So last week I posted a thread about pocky wondering about the flavors and several people said that almond crush was the best pocky
so I tried it and it was alright at best
For one thing they come in packs of 6, 2 to a box. Thats some bullshit. Second they had a vaguely alcoholic flavor almost like there was baileys mixed in with the chocolate. Did not like that
So so far I would say Original pocky > Matcha > almond crush > strawberry cream
>make wholemeal wraps with shredded chicken/beef/pork + lettuce + onions + broccoli for lunch every week
>millennial coworkers call me antisocial for making my own meals instead of joining them and spending $15 on lunch everyday
!?
>>9130921
dude
does this lunch give you mad afternoon farts or what
>he works
Lol
Do you guys like coconut bread?
https://youtu.be/AR5ciXadgHA
>hungry
>eat too fast for body to tell you you're full
>eat too much
>not being able to gauge satiety without relying on primordial lizard brain
>hungry
>eat a five pack of ramen
>dont eat until the next day
>repeat
>>9130773
>Not enough willpower to just slow down
Do you shit yourself daily too?
Cook egg for dinner every night because their cheap & nutritional
Day 1; cook an omelette with NOTHING added, just beaten eggs using 4 eggs
Feel full
Day 2; cook 4 hard boiled eggs
Don't feel full
Day 3; cook 4 fried eggs
Don't feel full
Huh!?
>>9130633
Depends on what else you ate that day, how active you were, how much you slept, how much butter you used with the omelette, etc.
>>9130638
same routine everyday
breakfast = 1 apple 1 banana 1 cup of gluten free soy milk
lunch = 3 shredded chicken breast/beef/pork + onions + lettuce wholemeal wraps

How lazy do you have to be to buy premade cutlets rather than just make your own?
>>9130362
VERY
>>9130362
Those aren't really cutlets, they're just very large tendies. They have their place but they're misnamed.
Name a comfier food than soup.
you can't
I could probably live every single day eating only high quality soups.
