its my go to drunk food. easy as fuck and delicious. i use tortillas with sour cream and hot sauce. i season the eggs with a little cayenne and salt and pepper too.

I never really expanded on my cooking beyond what my mom taught me.

1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped Spinach, thawed

okay you FU/CK/S, after seeing this shit on here day after day, you convinced me to make this fucking shit tonight.

spent more than I should have for the ingredients, so please help me not fuck it up now. i got the goddamn fucking guanciale. plan on using a mix of parmigiano reggiano and pecorino romano. dinner is for two.

here's what I still haven't decided on:
how many eggs to use
combo/how much cheese

I'll take pics and post after I'm done. Lets put this to fucking rest once and for all.

for 4 eggs I usually use around 4 to 5 tbsp parmesan and the same amount of romano to mix with them. Then add another 2-3 tbsp of each after the sauce has thickened.

i use a lot of sour cream.

just brown some kind of meat in a pan, add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices, then mix in a dollop of sour cream.

Opinions on Ketchup.

I think when I was a kid, it tasted different. First, it had a texture. You could see it was not smooth like the stuff now. It also had more of a vinegar taste. I am wondering, is this because I am thinking of restaurant ketchup? Is it any different? If you don't like ketchup, just dont post in this thread.

If you live in the US I'm pretty sure universities are legally required to have at least one oven in a domicile facility, Anon. Ask where it is.
