My cousin is a server there and just quit to go somewhere else. Along with over half of the wait staff. I understand the frustration of the tipping system and know how overpaid some servers are making $40 an hour, but yea. If you eat there enjoy your now terrible service. This can only work if every restaurant does away with tipping, until that happens all the good servers are going to quit and go somewhere they can make better money from tips.

go to the local walmart or what have you and buy a cheap coffee maker and some folgers and keep it at your desk/workspace.
