the chicken expired more than a week ago so I gotta cook it extra long

I use bisquick pancake mix.
You need an egg and some milk to mix the batter.
Then oil my pan with bacon fat or butter because I usually have bacon with pancakes.
I pour in my batter and drop the blueberries on top, I never mix them in the batter.
Just drop them on top and pres them in lightly.
After I flip them I put a bit of butter on each one to let it melt.
Then I serve with real maple syrup. Not that aunt jemima crap. its fake and make of corn it sucks.
I only use the real thing.

What do you like to drink on the cheap to just get fucked up? When it's just one of those days where your digging in cushions for change hoping for enough to get a drink. Me, I like steel reserve 211. It tastes like Satan pissed on a loaf of burnt cornbread and filtered it through a hat full of assholes. But its cheaper by volume than water at my local gas station and it gets you lit.

First time visitor
I am a butcher and I just recently became interested in offal. I have made blood sausage/black pudding/ boudin noir and it came out pretty well. What other dishes are worthwhile making? I work in a small butcher shop that slaughters so I have access to any part of the animal. I am limited to beef, pork, lamb, and veal for the most part.
I will also answer any butcher related questions in gratitude.
