You should try practicing your seasoning skills on fried eggs.

Fry an egg, cut it into quarters then season each individual slice with different combinations. This way, you'll get a feel for different flavors and soon become a spicemaster!

I was wondering if anyone had any proven personal recipes, most Internet recipes are shit. If I had wanted shitty Internet recipes I could've gotten them a lot easier than posting on here.

My mum is Swiss and I was raised partially there. Still, I can't think of much in the way of purely Swiss, home-cookery. Plenty of Swiss things that are manufactured foods, like sausages and cheeses, but not a whole lot of Swiss home-cooking.
Um... Swiss macaroni and cheese, I guess? It's basically macaroni and cheese with ham, potatoes, wine-caramelised onions and either Appenzeller, Emmentaler and/or Gruyère cheeses tossed together, topped with béchamel sauce and more cheese then baked until heated through and gooey.
Also fondue, obviously. And rösti.
That's really kind of it, tbqhwy.

I moved to Denmark and the community I hang around with here well... nobody cares about the food, however they care about spending money on food. So they gather their money, buy expensive meat. However all that quality meat they buy just goes to waste on those recipes they use from "the good old days". The beer they serve before, during and after dinner is what everyone seems to care about...

I stopped partying mainly because of the amount of alcohol people here drink, and their demand of me having to drink like they do. It doesn't even bother me though, what really bothers me is them butchering all that good meat on those traditional food recipes that are mediocre at best.
