Brine veal chop, sear and finish in oven.
Frites in duck fat.
Straight up steamed green beans.
Remove veal, add stock and butter to deglaze.

For example, I'm making pumpernickel with the following:
50g rye sourdough starter
1000g cracked rye
200g rye berries
22g salt
120g maple syrup
How do the nutritional values change as the bread gets baked?

probably not by much... maybe everything is a little more concentrated since you lose some moisture to the baking process

I have abdominal cramps right now. These have happened in the past and I usually get them at random. Could be because of too much sodium or my obsession with Alcohol.
I bought a fuck ton of Gunger Ale. I also heard Water is good for cramps but I also heard they might make them worse

How do I prevent food from cutting the roof of my mouth? My wife's son is autistic, and he only eats Crunch Berries, tortilla chips, cheetos puffs, and french bread pizza. These are the only food items we're allowed to have in the house, because he has tantrums otherwise.
The solution I've come up with so far has been to only eat every other day, or steal leftovers from the fridge at work. My wife has my credit cards and everything(was an alcoholic) so I don't make any unwise spending decisions, so I have to steal leftovers from work or sometimes go dumpster diving. Is there anything I can do to stop my mouth from getting cut up? I guess I could soak everything in water first before I eat it.
