Apology for my english

My guess is that a "carne asada" (Barbecue?) is a universal thing but my question is what sides do people use in different countries?

I'm asking this cuz I don't think nothing is better than guacamole, salsas, flour tortillas, picled red onions in lime juice, etc.

Personally, I never put cheese on any mexican food unless it's like standard like a wet burrito.

some places have limes and I love getting fresh lime juice on my burrito at those kinds of places. I've only seen it at Whole Foods

You also like the things you do because you come from a country where that's all you've even been exposed to.

In most first world countries people grow up eating all sorts of things and can choose whatever cuisine the're in the mood for that day.

The "best" is just a matter of preference, and people who only eat one flavor profile are basically picky eaters.

What food do you hate the most?

I would not consider myself a very picky eater at all, but fuck, oh god, I hate corn. I love all kinds of vegetables, but corn is the bane of my existence.

Pan Seasoning question

It seems like the advice is that if your seasoning is messed up/damaged, you should remove seasoning and start over.

Why not just season over it? Just did my first seasoning which had some gaps (too much oil so it bunch I assume) and then after my first cooking some of it came off.

Could I just clean it and repeat the process or do I need to remove the old stuff first?

My Czech grandmother used to make what is called "pajšl," which had beef lung cooked with a cream sauce. I don't really remember the recipe but I remember she would poach the offal for a while, cut it into bite-size pieces, then add it back into broth with cooked vegetables, and then add in what I now think was probably a roux, and some cream. I don't remember if it was sour cream or not. I'm not sure what she seasoned it with.

Just made delicious shrimp. Heated olive oil with minced garlic, shallots, parsley, garlic powder, fresh cracked pepper, and sea salt. Added shrimp then white whine and then crushed tomatoes (food processored). Delicious and fast. Put it over pasta with some balsamic and olive oil. Topped with Parm
