So why do you manchildren still drink soda?
https://youtu.be/3F1U95v0JPs
>>7341263
I drink it once in a while.
manchildren are connoisseurs of many things.
>>7341263
Because we like it when assholes like you who haven't gotten out of your mother's basement complain about it.
is it right?
>>7340838
I have a few times. not like I was deep frying a fucking turkey or something.
>>7340852
what do you mean?
>>7340882
well don't a lot of people not cook with olive oil a lot because of its low smoking point and therefore weird taste if you burn it
Which slice is toasted to YOUR perfection, /ck/?
>>7329944
Eleven
2 or 3. I don't know why so many people hate charred toast. Light and crispy toast seems pointless to me.
lye or no lye?
lye
>>7343638
Green olives are meh tier.

Hey /ck/ I plan to in the future shop online to get some red Caviar, but I want to first know something about it, as I never had it before thanks to my local stores not selling it in my country.
Is buying red caviar ever worth the money to get as I have to pay a huge shipping cost via Fedex and I have to spend a good deal of money for such a international kind of food?
Pic unrelated.
>>7343621
Nope. Red caviar sucks.
You either get the real stuff (beluga), or it's crap.
Are you autistic?
>>7343653
I'm not Oprah Winfrey, I don't have that kind of money to get that since I don't reside in the state of New York or have temporary residence in Russia, at the time I saw it for sale online, it was said to be perishable, and due to this, I had thought it wasn't worth it.
Did I do well /ck/?
those looks pretty bad mate, sorry
>>7343192
you made a hamburger
good job
>>7343195
they taste godlike though
How does this look?
>>7343098
Blander than japanese food/10
Not necessarily bad but still pretty bland
Beats having junk food though
>>7343102
Well there were carrots but I ate them cause those were soooooooooooooooo good. And I used a bit of salt. Chicken was cooked in butter cause I have no olive oil. It was really good and refreshing.
I got pork neck steaks , rice , potatoes and a store next door .I'm fed up only eating the steaks with some side dish like rice or potato salad.Give suggestion for some main course .
Why not do some grilling?
Hit the store next door and grab some veggies that you can grill.
Rub the pork with a mixture of equal parts brown sugar, paprika, and coarse salt. (or use your favorite BBQ rub). Wrap your veggies in foil with a little butter and seasoning inside, slap that stuff on the grill.
The problem is I dont have a grill..Oven and stove
>>7342964
Is pork neck steak good? I noticed some anons were saying it was best type of pork chop
What is /ck/ opinion on honest tea?
Whats your favorite flavor?
Is it "fake tea?"
Look forward to hearing your response!
>drinking sugar
>>7342886
True, but what is the sugar content in authentic tea compared to Honest tea?
>>7342892
That's the one i like. The honey green
Quinoa, green beans, black beans, kidney beans, orange pepper, tomato, cucumber, edamame, tarragon, scallions, avocado, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
It was delicious!
looks yummy. but why is the avocado thrown on top so carelessly?
>>7342686
What kind of oil?
literally estrogen: the meal
How did these get so popular for a few years there? They used to be on all those commercials, and people raved about them. Yet they're demonstrably worse than onion rings, and that sauce they come with fucking blows.
>>7342003
I think the sauce is pretty good with anything that isn't just fried onion.
>>7342014
I personally disliked it. Too smokey for my tastes. But it's possible that my opinion was colored by the fact that I drove like 30 minutes to try the onion because the commercials suckered me into it.
It looks pretty
Hey guys. Long story short, I've got to dial back my spending for this month. How unhealthy would it be for me to eat cup noodles once a day (pic related specifically) for five days a week from Monday to Friday?
>>7341452
what do you think? if you want to eat cheap and healthy then get yourself some bulk dried beans and rice.
That shit's not gonna last in your system for very long.
Don't fall for the "eat cheap, buy ramen" meme. You'll eat through your stash quick.
>>7341452
So for one month? It wont make a difference.
What is the healthiest diet in the world, /ck/, and why would it not be the GAPS/SCD/Paleo diet, i.e that by which man has evolved by which to be fuelled for almost the entirety of the time mankind has existed? We've only recently in such absurd abundance, eaten cheap, complex carbs like bread, pasta, processed foods and fuck me chemical pollutants, for at max a few thousand years. A few generations. All of whom have seen a vast increase in our immune systems going batshit and our mental health deteriorating too.
Me:
>16 years on this diet
>22 years as a drunk, heroin addict, crack addict, hardcore 'psychonaut'
>Ulcerative pancolitis; "treatment within 6 months is inevitable" said the docs. Went online, saw Dr N Mcbride, made appointment
>16 years later, still in remission as long as I don't deviate from her diet, not one bite.
>If i deviate EVEN BY ACCIDENT WITHOUT KNOWING IT, i get ill within 48hrs
>2 trillion micro-organisms in the adult human intestine, a handful are understood yet utterly integral to natural immunity
>This diet exclusively feeds the 'good' bacteria
>Bodily microflora acknowledged to be the 'next big thing' in medical research, just too complicated atm
>Liver function "ok", no scarring, no enlarging despite junkie
>Liver failure massively more common in countries where complex carbs are consumed in abundance
>"Incurable" diseases cured/remission to date: Ulcerative colitis, crohns disease, celiac disease, autism, dyslexia, depression, dyspraxia, ADD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and more by the fucking day
>Decade and a half of personal experience
>My gastroenterologist, a consultant doctor, says he finds it "highly intriguing and worthy of further research"
>millions of people now using it worldwide, global hype reaching fever pitch
>IT SIMPLY FUCKING WORKS
why aren't you using food as a medicine, /ck/?
>that by which man has evolved by which to be fuelled for almost the entirety of the time mankind has existed
whatever you think this is is probably bollocks
>>7340842
what else could our ancestors have eaten but that which is freely available, growing in the wild, without need for being processed into something else before we eat it?
it's no coincidence that almost without exception, these are the things which happen to have the precise molecular structures which are allowed on the diets i mentioned. simple sugars, not complex carbs. almost exclusively. eat complex carbs in the abundance we do today? we're deviating from that which nature provides. to approximately the same extent to which we've increased our intake of these alien molecules, our health has decreased accordingly.

16 years, still in remission. "6 months until surgery" my formerly blood-belching ass.
I don't put much thought into my diet but it certainly isn't paleo. I almost never get sick, and I think I'm a generally well-adjusted human bean.
I wonder if your drinking and drug doing might have had something to do with your butt bleeding problems.
What's /ck/'s opinion on Guy Fieri?

One of the ugliest men I've ever seen. I can't bear to associate him with food. It ruins any appetite I may have.
Is a pu pu platter authentic chinese food?
lmao sounds like poo poo
>>7339837
>Is a pu pu platter authentic chinese food?
Chinese food is regional. So, what does it matter if it is or not?
It's not. It's part of the Tiki culture that came out of California and other tiki restaurants known for their hawaiian themes. Assorted appetizers in themselves aren't Chinese style...it'd all be served at once. Japanese is the more influence on fusion hawaiian food, so you see, it's kind of an invented kind of thing, a bit of a Luau in abundance, to be served with a wonderful drink and shared. Real luau food, in opposition to Tiki theme food, is pretty different beasts with a heavy influence of fish and soy and rice too, and less on the chinese thing or just roast pigs.
I would say enjoy your slice of americana there, but tiki culture was also popular in canada and in hawaii. It was a pretty big meme for dining out for special occasions in the 80s and those folks who love it still collect totem pole glasses and go to conventions and listen to polynesian music.
