Probably the fact that women love to obsessively collect baking-related status symbols that they'll use once a year, such as Cuisinart stand mixers, and men love to obsessively collect grilling related status symbols such as those Green Egg things that they'll use once and then never use again. 2 strips of bacon
1/2 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 pound ground pork
4 chicken livers
1 cup of diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp sumac
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp hot chili powder
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup fresh parsley
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
For the eggplants :
2 small eggplants
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup Tomato paste
1 tbsp oil

I want to age some beers. What kind of minifridge should I get for that? I want to keep it cheap. It does not to be very cold, as long as it can be set to go lower than 60 degrees.
It does not need to fit bombers either, I would be aging 12oz or 11.2oz bottles primarly. Trappist ales, Founders various stouts, things like that.
Any advice from experienced anons about beer cellaring would be great appreciated as well.

i got a some ripe bananas and i want to make bananabread. problem is that i tried several recipes and tthey all where to dry for my liking. i might be weird, but for me it has to be almost dough-like in the middle.

The best thing about banana bread is that it's a way to use up otherwise overripe bananas while getting the best flavor out of them.
I've always though banana "ice cream" and banana "pancakes" were stupid diet fads, but using blacked bananas to make delicious banana bread has literally always been how it's done.
