Do brits actually eat this?
>>7389935
Is this a real dish? got a Korean image from Google image search.
I am a brit and I can indeed confirm that we do all eat that.
>>7389935
I'd rather eat that than a slice of your American "cheese" product to be quite honest, beetus boy.
t. Finland.
So I didn't drink as much coffee as I usually do and I'm left with half a pot of stale, cold coffee.
Can I do anything to bring it back to life? Use it in place of water while brewing fresh grounds? turn it into something delicious?
You could reheat it and then give it to a homeless person.

Lemons are green, lime is yellow
hey /ck/, i'm working a litle project which is basically going to be a website where you can "spin a wheel" to get ideas for what to make for dinner.
What sorts of food (meals specifically) would you like to see on a site like this?

A Big Mac from McDonald's
I like the idea of supercook.com
You put in the ingredients you have on hand and it comes up with a list of recipes you could make.
Since it got more popular it's not as good, it just links you to other websites loaded with spam and shit.
>>7396121
going to focus on shit people can makes at home, burgers is on the list though
>fat is evil, it will kill your heart
it's bullshit
>eggs are evil, the will clogg your arteries
it's bullshit
>bread is evil, gluten will make your head explode
it's bullshit
>meat is evil, it will give you cancer
How long until it turns out to be bullshit? I'll give it 5 years...
>>7395707
It already is bullshit. People have been eating meat for thousands of years.
>>7395709
To be fair, people have also had cancer for thousands of years...
>fat is evil, it will kill your heart
Has never been stated anywhere reputable. Trans fats have been established as bad for a number of reasons, particularly relating to heart disease for a long time and anyone arguing that is plain old retarded. The US and UK governments had a brief foray into discouraging sat fats but this has since been established as more complicated than simply LDLs vs HDLs and there're plenty of studies showing the effects of each in relation to fat.
>eggs are evil, the will clogg your arteries
Has never been stated anywhere reputable.
>bread is evil, gluten will make your head explode
Has never been stated anywhere reputable. Is also retarded. Gluten allergy is a rare aside but very real.
>meat is evil, it will give you cancer
Has never been stated anywhere reputable. Studies have shown time and time again, and almost the entire nutrition and medical industry are aware that processed meats increase the risks of various things including but not limited to cancers, heart diseases and poor cholesterol levels. But that's to be expected since you'd have to be pretty retarded to think processed foods are better for you than whole foods in anything but the rarest of exceptions.
tl;dr Stop generalizing and you eliminate most bullshit.
Let's clear this up once and for all: donut or doughnut?

Why? Because he makes the best food in all of history.

Get the fuck off my board
So /ck/,
How many Michelin star restaurants have you eaten at? If the answer is less than 4, you should leave this board as you clearly have no concept of what good food tastes like.
Four?! Holy shit have you never travelled?
The real question is: Have you eaten at a restaurant with 4 Michelin stars? :^)
>>7394917
Have you ever been a renouned chef, got 3 Michelin stars, then told Michelin to go Fuck themselves because you're a
based mother fucker? If not leave this board forever cuz you clearly have no concept on what good good tastes like.
What are you having for lunch you cu/ck/s? Is it as god-tier as mine?
>>7394845
How fat are you?
>>7394845
I hope the coleslaw is buried somewhere in there. The only reason I still go to KFC is the coleslaw
>>7394851
191cm and 85kg. Not shredded but not really fat either. If you exercise KFC is fine to eat.
how do you cook for one? do you just always have an insane amount of left overs? pic related lasagna for the week lmao
Cook smaller portions or have leftovers to eat for the next few days or freeze.
I usually just cook a big batch of whatever, eat leftovers for a couple days and then portion and freeze the rest if there's still some left and I don't feel like eating it anymore.
>>7394465
>do you just always have an insane amount of left overs?
The trick is to cook for four and then split it into four portions, and freeze three of them.
Lasagne is actually an okay dish to do that with, as it happens.
Why don't you own a food processor as based as pic related?
>people pay thousands of dollars for this shit
Oh I'm laffin
I have it. It does wonders.
It cooks the a great classic Ragù in just 30 minutes instead of the 2 hours classic Italian recipe.
Every risotto I cook is delicious just like the Italian tradition.
For every Italian food lover I suggest to buy it.
>>7391913
never had the need for a food processor
Who on /ck/ uses Asian pears? Any way to actually cook them or do you eat'em like an apple?
Pic related: this one is a ’product of Korea’ but I'm not sure if N or S. Since they're not being specific I figured it might as well just read 'this is a product'...thoughts?
Ive eaten them raw and I believe I've eaten them as part of a soup. Iirc
>sliced asian pears
(They are a starched based fruits, so you may want bigger chunks)
>chicken
>ginger
>salt and pepper
>wedged tomatoes
>fish sauce to taste
>onions
Boil until pears soften and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice (preferably Jasmine long grain).
I believe you can replicate this with apples, but lighter varieties are preferred (granny smiths may be too sour). You can also add other veggies such as peas, carrots, and water chestnuts for a more filling meal.
>>7395856
I'd probably cook the chicken separate and add it to the soup: salmonella scares me. That or it'd be a 'Campbell & Pear' soup
>>7395817
I only eat them raw but they are the GOAT pear, nothing else compares (as long as you take off the skins)
