I got distracted while unloading my groceries.
Turns out that I left some vacuum-sealed groundbeef out in in the open for about 12 hours, but it was kinda pricey and I'm not eager to throw it out.
What are the chances that I'm going to die if I cook it?

what temperature did you leave it at? if it doesn't visibly look bad it's probably ok, and if you cook properly it you will be fine. use lots of salt and spices for good measure if you're really worried

I'm having a baby shower this weekend! And for my favors, I want to fill decorated 8 oz mason jars with mini cookies, raspberry thumbprint and mini cranberry white chocolate cookies. As for this thumbprint recipe I found on youtube, she uses powdered sugar. What kind of taste/texture would that result in? For all you middle aged women, any ideas of what to put in the jar besides cookies? Might be hard for me to bake almost 200 cookies.

Don't use youtube recipes.
Find something vetted and tested from someone who would hear some shit if the recipe was shit, such as marthastewart, or epicurious.
As far as 200 cookies goes...you should use some air pillow insulated cookie sheets, and cool them completely. Just keep going until it's all done.

Hey, does anyone have a nice simple pasta dough recipe that would use AP flour?
I know I should semolina or 00 but whatever, I have AP and am not gonna go buy extra flour until I get it down.
I have a pasta roller for when i get the dough made, but no stand mixer. So this dough I'll be making by hand or i could use a hand mixer (like the 2 beaters you plug into the drill)
So any one have suggestions!?
