most chinese plaes use hte same bland recipes. They buy the rice and pasta at the same stores same with the fish and seafood, meat, chicken an pork they can get cheap cuts from the local butcher tho.
The only place you can get autentic chinese food here is in the same store chinese restaurants owners buy their ingridients but you either have to sit at the bar o share one long overcrowded uncomfortable table.
Its actually surprisingly cheap for being pretty much the most ethnic dining experience around
