Best way is to repurpose it. Make fried rice. If you MUST have white rice again, stick it in a pan with a splash of water and break up the clumps. Heat over low heat until it's heated through. The texture will suck balls though. You could also stick it in the oven as well, but it'll take as long or longer as it would if you just made a fresh pot of rice, and the texture will suck balls.
When making sangria, you're supposed to leave the sangria overnight in the fridge. Approximately how many hours is that for it to be adequately chilled and for the flavors to meld?

You always take a gamble when you under cook your meat. Even if your meat comes from a good supplier you can trust, that trust fails with an odd cow out who may have picked something up and can't be readily seen as being compromised. Mid rare, your meat will be juicy, delicious, and the way you may want it cooked. You're simply rolling the dice when you order it any less than medium. That's a risk many of us are willing to take though for a good meal.
That's really all there is to it. Take the safe bet and have it be -just- slightly dry, or play your cards and have it be cooked a little less than recommended by safety standards.
I really like feta cheese, but I feel like I'm being held back by my limited American knowledge of how to use it. Just about the only things I know of for feta are putting it in a salad and spearing cubes with olives on toothpicks.

There are very few things that would work for, and with sushi there's still a huge variety based on whatever fish came in that day, so people will have different experiences in the future.
