How to make this food taste right? I don't know if I'm fucking it up everytime I do this or if it just isn't for me.

>add grated cheese by bits(Gouda, chedar is expensive as fuck here)

If you use cheese that melts well, like Gouda, then you don't even need to bother with the bechamel at all. That's only needed for cheeses that do not melt well, like aged cheddar.

Anyway, what you're describing sounds like it would taste OK though. What exactly is the problem you found with the taste?

Yes. You're using gouda as your primary cheese. That's disgusting if you're making a hearty mac 'n' cheese; if you can't get something like a nice sharp cheddar, why even try?

A good way to make it more tasty is to cook the noodles in stock and add some reduced stock to your bechamel.

I usually season with salt and pepper use flour (with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper) egg with salt and pepper, then bread crumbs with garlic, salt, oregano and lemon zest

Why canned tuna should I buy?

I checked the ingredients. The fish seems to be the same - "Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis)".

The only thing that seems to vary is if the tuna is in oil vs water vs tomato juice or whatever.

Hilarious guy. He's more likely to die from food poisoning due to wiping napkins that are on his infested carpet than from too much oil. I don't think he's removing a considerable percentage of the grease which is still inside the cheese. Also the fact that he orders 4 pizzas makes the whole thing kinda ridiculous

He should buy his own pizza dough and make pizza with less cheese and some tomatoes and basil. It would probably take less time.

Well Wolfgang Puke didn't do much more than opening decent restaurants in a country having no food else than beacon and freedom fries. This and selling canned food with his name on it.

Hoo doogie, how's it cooks?

This weekend Im going to a small party, bring food kind of event.

Im looking to make some beer-bbq chilli/sauce. Problem is, Ive never made chilli before. Ive made some tomato based bbq sauce before though.

How should I go about making a slightly spicy, kinda smokey, beer sauce or chilli? I was thinking: some bacon, various bell peppers, paprika, black pepper, the beer (what kind though?), a little lemon juice or maybe apple cider vinegar, meat (or not?), beans maybe, and some kind of veggies.

I really couldn't give a shit. Yeah "authentic" is objectively the better tasting but I sometimes do get a craving of some taco bell crunch wrap supreme with globs of their fire sauce and sometimes I crave some tacos de suadero with salsa cilantro onions lime and salt. Depends on my mood.
