Hey /ck/, my grandma used to have a recipe for dill bread but I forgot how she made it. Do any of you know how to make dill bread?
>>7805466

I thought it was a pipe at first.
Guys quick I used half a beer to marinate some chicken what can I do with the remainder aside from drinking it?
Make beer batter and fry the giblets.
Marinate more chicken.
Make a roux for a cream based sauce.
What can I do with Italian sausage (as an entree) that isn't stuffing a pepper
stuff an orifice ?
Link? Loose?
Just serve it as is...either on a roll or with pasta
how do you go from this
to this
Rennet, time, and a controlled environment.

See those lines?
That is where a needle inoculated with fungus was shoved into the cheese before it was set to age.
A shot of vodka and a splash of bitters with ice. I'm enjoying this drink tonight. Is this an established drink/cocktail?
An extra dry martini?
It's called a brown hen if it's gin rather than vodka. Shits cash

So, these days people seem to have calmed down about the silly bullshit that these fellas got up to, with their donation to anti-gay groups and such.
Does anyone know anyone who still refuses to go there?
They seem to be doing fantastically, obviously they're going to do well because their food is comfy as fuck, but it seems they got the support of all the anti-gay folks, and all the people who opposed them just forgot about the whole thing.
At the time, my argument was that while the CEO had been a cunt, the folks at my local CFAs were always very friendly and provided good service, and great food. So I kept my business going there, despite all my gay friends calling me a traitor. I just cared about local jobs more than some CEO who won't give a fuck if a single store closes.
Anywho, do any of you know anyone who still refuses this comfy as fuck source of amazing?

Tumblr SJWs with nothing better to do except post about how "righteous" they are by boycotting CFA and how they're so much better than everyone else who eats there.
Anyways their peach milkshake is GOAT.

what is this, is it mushroom?
Processed meat and red meat increase the risk on some cancers. But how about animal food in general? Meat, fish, eggs dairy, is that healthy? Or would a vegan diet be best for your health?
There is nothing inherently unhealthy about meat.
A vegan diet will typically be healthier unless you become one of those rare vegans who studies up on basic nutrition, and then it still wont necessarily be healthier than someone with an unrestricted diet.
>>7804777
*a vegan diet will typically be unhealthier
everything give you cancer, like fried foods if you eat 5 tonnes of it,
The thing is some of it is carcinogenic, yes, but what they don't say is how much you need to eat, and it's not cumulative.
I want to get into drinking sake but I've only had the swill they service hot at sushi bars. Any typical "starter" sake out there?
>>7804700
I do not consider myself a sake expert, but I do know a little bit.
First off, pay attention to where you get your sake. If you live in the west somewhere it can hard to get the good stuff. Not because of the brand, but because sake does not store well. It needs to be drunk shortly after bottling. The fresher the better. And most places in the west don't sell very much sake. so the bottles you see at the store might have been sitting there for months. before they got to the store they might have sat for months in the distributor's or importer's warehouse. So it's best to buy it from somewhere that has a high turnover. In my area that's asian supermarkets--that stuff tastes far better than the single dusty bottle sitting the forgotten corner of the local liquor shack.
>>7804715
We have BevMo's where I live, so I think it's safe to say their rotation is probably just a step above a liquor/convenience store.
>>7804700
Good sake is served hot in winter, although bad sake is always served hot
>I-It's all the same stuff, salt is salt
The salt meme is officially dead.
Fractions of a percent. You sure won, buddy. Have some ice cream
>>7804685
Conversions are often to grams, so it's larger than it looks.
>>7804639
What else is in salts but salt? Shouldn't those add up to 100.00% or do these ignore the Chlorides or what have you?
