Bar owner here. Need some /ck/onsulting. I have six taps: Miller Lite, Bud Light, Lagunitas Ipa, Stella, Blue Moon, and Sam Adams. Sam Adams is the worst seller by a wide margin and I'm looking to replace it with something that complements the other available drafts.

What would be a good beer to replace the Sam Adams?

I don't give a fuck how it looks. I don't give a fuck what you think of me because I bought a Happy Meal. Just because you're bound by societal pressures and make your decisions based on the whim of others doesn't mean everyone has to. I'm not weak like you. I'll do what I want. I get amused by the reactions from people when they see me. Lots of times they think I'm ordering for a child of mine, other times they look on with disgust. I can feel their glares from across the linoleum floors. Like I give a fuck.

I get enjoyment out of the toy that's included, and the nostalgic packaging. Each time I order I get a new surprise inside -- the product of child labor in a foreign country, designed by capitalist men in free countries. It's the ultimate symbol of America's power over the world.

You may think it's cheaper to just order the individual items by themselves. Like I give a fuck. Do I look like some poor son of a bitch living on the government dole? What kind of presumptuous fuck are you? I can afford my own meals. I work for a living. If I'm not full I'll just order another one, and if it's too much I'll throw it away. It's not fucking complicated.

Confidence like the kind I have is actually a turn on for most women. They see me saunter up to the counter and order a Happy Meal like an independent, free thinking, atheist man, and they know I'm not some beta-cuck like they're used to at their university. I'm a different breed. I'm the bull that fucks the cuck's wife. Real men order the Happy Meal and they don't give a damn what the dregs of society think. I'm above them all now.

I get fucking enraged by any soup that isn't pureed. The word 'soup' literally comes from the Latin 'Saltanis Oich Unaris Puree' which means 'Food Blended'. SOUP does not have fucking chunks in. Soup with chunks has a name. Stew. Stew. Soup has to be pureed.

I will never eat anything described as a soup with chunks. I do not even dip bread into my soup because if the bread falls into the bowl I am then eating a stew.

Soup is soup. It is pure. When I eat soup I want to be able to slurp the soup. If I try to slurp a chunky soup I WILL CHOKE to fucking death. If I gave you a drink and you drank it and then choked on it it wouldn't be a drink it would be a CHUNKY DRINK. That isn't a drink just like thick soup isn't soup

If I order soup in a restaurant and it isn't a puree I make sure to take out every piece of food in the soup, then I place it onto a tissue and ask the waitress to have it blended. They often refuse so I often walk without paying.

So I'm a poorfag and when I was taking out my trash, I saw my neighbor had put an unopened package from Omaha steaks. I had seen it in the mail room for about a week and I didn't take it because I'm not a dick, but since he was throwing it out I opened it up. I trashed the ground beef because it wasn't vacuum sealed and I'm not retarded, but there were 4 NY strips. They were room temp to the touch.

Opened one up and it smells fine. I'm starving so I cooked it and it tasted fine despite being from meme steaks. Cooked it to medium well because I wanted to heat it all the way through. Am I gonna die? Here's a picture of the remaining steaks.

Tl;dr What are some cool things to make that can be relatively easily eaten in the car, one-handed?

I transport medical lab samples for work. Basically I drive to clinics and doctor's offices in a ~450 mile radius of my home, pick up sealed vials out of lockboxes and then take them all back to a lab. On the smaller routes I'm driving for about 8-10 hours but I have one I do twice a week where I'm on the road for about 16.

Certainly when I first started, getting to check out all the fast food places I had never been before and the fare of various gas stations was a cool incentive. Now that I'm a few months in I'm getting super bored of everything drive-thru and I can't stomach another roller grill hot dog.

I like to cook and I'm pretty capable as far as technique goes. I just don't have any good ideas so far other than sandwiches, and I've been up that tree already.

So I've been playing around with some fish recipes and there are a couple things I want to try. I've wanted to try curing fish, and I want to try making ceviche (raw fish "cooked" by marinating it in citrus). Do I have to go out and buy sushi grade quality fish for this, or is that just more of a marketing gimmick?
