What do you consider good low effort food? (less than 5 minutes prep time)
Bologna with mustard and mayo sandwich here
Scrambled eggs on bacon and onion.
The effort/flavor ratio is unbelievable.
>Bologna with mustard and mayo sandwich here
Fuck.
My fav.
Try toasting the bread first and having it as a hot sandwich

Frozen pizza
Anyone here sake drinkers? What's /ck/s opinion on them? What's your favorite?
I used to work as a server at one of the busiest restaurants here and love sampling them after work.
This in particular is one of my favorites
manju kubota
in concept I like sake, in practice I actually hate the stuff. That rancid vegetable flavor isn't something I find enjoyable
I've had Bunraku, that's it.
It tasted like straight alcohol that just managed to not have a sharp alcohol taste. Like straight alcohol but dull, somehow.
I would probably drink the same stuff to get drunk fast if it wasn't only 14%
How do I cook chicken skin (by itself) to be like the dry skin from a rotisserie chicken/turkey?
Other ideas to make chicken skin go to use are welcome. But I like the dry skin.
its' called gribness and can be made in a skillet or microwave
Make a square canvas of skewers, not sure what will happen when it reduces in size.
Bake it, with a bit of oil.
Rub in olive oil + salt + pepper on both sides, put on a baking tray, high heat, just keep checking every 15min or so till its crispy.
This is my first time posting on /ck as I am mainly a /b/tard lurker, but here today I have a recipe for you all.
Ingredients: Mayo, Swiss Cheese, Honey Roasted Ham, Hamburger Buns (without sesame seeds. Costco carries them)
So here's the instructions for my sandwich I like to call the "Grubert".
>Grab buns
>toast buns on medium for whatever kinda toaster ya got
>grab mayo
>mayo the buns, add as much mayo as you want
>then grab the cheese
>melt the cheese on the bread over the mayo
>I use a microwave for melting the cheese
>then comes the honey roasted ham
>put two slices on each bun on top of the cheese
>add pepperoccinis if you want, your choice, they're recommended
Now you're done. Enjoy your simple "Grubert" sandwich.

This post pretty much sums up white trash America.

Where do you get the imported cheese from?
I live in a third world shithole of a state and can't get imported stuff anywhere.
TFW bought 2 bunk ecstasy and didn't roll. Now downing four Loko to stop feeling sad
What are you cunts drinking, and why? Recommend me drinks or be sad with me.
Is there any mix better than whiskey and Coke?
Bump somebody else has to be drunk
I got drunk last night and just woke up. I'm currently getting drunk again. I'm going to be seriously destroyed after this long weekend
Downing some cheap red wine. Wine gets me at this exact smooth drunk I need to chill. Local shop always has 4 for $10 deals on cheap brands. Rex Goliath isn't great, but it's damn good for 2.50 a bottle.
Where were you when Pepsi BTFO of Coke?

Probably drinking a Coke somewhere
I'm excited but I just want to have one to hold on to when it fucking tanks and then in another 20 years when kids who've never tasted it want one, they can buy it from me for $300 off of ebay. Like I did with ectocoolers, and am doing again.

Still diabeetus-inducing but without the cancer coloring added. Nice desu~
What do you think of nitro coffee? Do you think it will take off? Starbucks is going to start selling it since they are getting in the specialty game to compete with the local shops.
If Starbucks is going to start doing it then it's already a thing. Unless it's a food item, because Starbucks has such a monopoly that they can take the same approach to food as an airline.
>tfw quickly type something out, re-read it, and realize for the first time how true it is
It's the first time I hear about this (yurop). So it's basically old, cold coffee?
Does it taste like Guinness? because it looks like Guinness.
What's your go to dish that you prepare when you really want to wow your friends (or anime pillows I guess)
I'm making dinner my jewish gal friend and I'm looking for some classic ck inspo

>>7840588
same person: fried catfish on top of a bed of fresh spinach and some grain...I dunno how about rice or some shit. steak mashed taters and some veggie, go with asparagus to appear sophisticated. pair your dish with drinks like either beer or wine. defo make the cheese cake...bitches love cheese cake.
I have real kitchen experience, but still don't have any solid recipes that I cook at home.
I've also never had a nice jewish gal friend (to my mom's dismay), but have always been told that I shouldn't marry a girl who couldn't make me a decent matzo ball soup.
hello, /ck/
what is a good food gift to purchase for someone that meets the following criteria:
-is not a drink
-no added sugars
-is a luxury-type product
-can be ordered online
the person should avoid added sugar.
pls help + thanks
>>7840552

plain chicken breasts with broccoli

Meat.
About to go to taco bell, what do you guys usually get when you go there?
I go with 3 beefy crunch burritos most of the time but I'm thinking about changing it up and getting the cheesy potato burrito, is there a size difference between the two?
>>7840549
>I go with 3 beefy crunch burritos
really?
>>7840558
w-what?
>>7840549
I think the cheesy potato burritos might be bigger but I'm not sure. Man, now I'm craving a beefy crunch burrito.
Do you trust this brand of hot dogs /ck/?

The merchant is America's greatest ally.
No of course not because it says Hebrew on the label and Jews are bad.
>>7840503
Absolutely not.
lookin for the next patrician cereal
i think cheerios are fucking 10/10. but thats just me. and im known to have pleb tastebuds (i didn't know you were supposed to eat meat rare until 2016)
cheerios are pretty top tier. been liking rice chex for a while. if you want to get fat and be poor, cracklin oat bran. usually just get bunches of oats.
Cereals all expensive though. Oatmeal is better.

muesli desu familia
Frosted mini wheats are the shit
found some neat brats in my parents fridge. Never cooked brats, how can I make them?
some people boil them for a while before cooking on a grill or in a pan but I think that's bullcrap, just throw those fuckers in a hot pan and pour some beer or something in to get a little simmer going and put a lid on it. apply additional heat or liquid as needed and eat with kraut and mustard
>>7840385
pretty much. Toss in some peppers and onions if you want to get fancy and shit.
>>7840373
I boil them in a 50/50 mix of beer & water for 15 minutes. I add them to a pan of sauteed sweet onions an burn the outside a little in the pan. Sauerkraut & mustard is mandatory.
What's the best cooking music, /ck/?
I enjoy throwing on the Jazz genre on Spotify and going to town. Quite cozy and relaxing.
Bagel music.

>>7840322
I absolutely love Rhapsody in Blue. Not all classical music strikes a chord with me, but this one in particular draws me in every time.
>>7840328
Rhapsody in Blue isn't classical music.
Is this the best hot dog brand on the planet?
>7 hotdogs in a package
