My favorite has to be a cheese Danish. The pairing of fresh cream and flaky bread is delectable

Cinnamon buns are alright, but they're so goddam rich and sugary. Overwhelmingly so. I can only eat them once every couple months.

Mine would be the Napoleon. Flaky pastry layered with cream, and a nice icing on top. Simple and delicious.

If you cut out carbs from your diet entirely then your body is forced to use a different mechanism to generate energy. That method (ketosis) is less efficient than digesting carbs, therefore it results in weight loss. you cut out Carbs, the body stops receiving easy to break down energy, the body is then forced to use fat as energy, which is harder to break down, and doesn't pass through the blood brain barrier without some weird process where the body breaks down lipids into some other molecule

so the body exerts more energy, by using existing fat reserves, it fucking sucks

like the first week you get super delirious, and irritable.

We have Hardees in the middle east and they do the best chargrilled burgers. I recommend getting their superstar burger with curly fries.

Hardee's is top tier of the shitty national/global chains. So yes, keeping in mind that it's american fast food so quality is not exactly the highest metric for them, it's ok. I like their burgers, their fries are shit (except curly fries which the ones near me don't sell anymore), their chicken tendies are decent too.

On the flip side they're also on the more expensive side of the fast food equation. A similar meal at McDonalds is probably 2/3rds or less.

tl;dr, not as good as smaller chains (even the grossly over hyped 5 guys), king of shit mountain compared to Wendy's McDonalds and Burgerking et all.

chicken and ribs are great (due to chinese herbs and spices)
