Did you fat assholes know that Burger King delivers in the UK? Are you fucking serious?

First your save your land with the Brexit, now you can enjoy the flame broiled flavor of the whopper and somebody will deliver it to you.

What a time to be alive. You Brits have finally cucked us good.

Going to Burger King tomorrow with my GBP. I usually get a whopper meal but I wanna switch it up. How's the tender crisp? Breakfast?
>>
shit comes out cold and old anyways when it's fresh. Can only imagine what it's like delivered after 35 minutes under some fatasses ass on a bicycle with a handbag farting nonstop after his fish and chip lunch and dirty water

So /ck/, how do you guys make your ketchup? Recipes? Tomato Paste or Peeled ground tomatoes? Corn syrup or sugar?

yo OP you can just buy that shit in a bottle dont gotta make it yourself happy to help
>>
>>7860606

I've never made my own ketchup. Every homemade ketchup I've ever had at a restaurant has been a disappointment that pales in comparison to bottled ketchup.
>>
>>7860609

I don't want shit in a bottle.

I want good tasting ketchup.

So your idea of a diet is to continue eating shitty processed food, but only buy the ones that say "healthy" or "diet" on the label?

We are not, sir, all in this together.

A better lunch would be oats with bananas and a sprinkle of nuts/seeds, or a can of chickpeas.

maris piper

350 degrees F, about an hour i think. salt, pepper, minced garlic, dry parsley and thyme

So it's friday today and I got some last money left until monday. I'm stuck with ten bucks. I was thinking about making a big batch of food today that will keep me fed over the weekend.

There's beans and rice, sure, but what are some alternatives?

Hey /ck/, I know you don't like these threads, but it's my birthday, I have no friends and family, and I don't want to make food tonight or go out by myself, so I decided I'll pick something up from a drive-thru. Here's a list of everything in my area:

>taco bell
>burger king
>mcdicks
>culvers
>jimmy johns
>arbys
>kfc
>long john silvers
>dairy queen

The only pizza place in town is pizza hut, so no ordering pizza for me.

Alright co/ck/s, pick a restaurant, and pick what I should get at that restaurant.

Pic related, me.

Jimmy Johns sounds good but I've never had it.

Why not just do pick up at a decent restaurant? Get something different and treat yourself anon.

Hey /ck/, /fit/izen here. Im currently cutting, can any of you guys recommend a good tasting low calorie recipe for chicken marinade?
11 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
>>7859830
Not sure exactly how many calories but Satay is really good:
>Soy sauce
>Honey (some I think is necessary but not too much if you want it low calorie)
>salt
>pepper
>ginger

let the chicken soak it up for at least a couple oif hours up to overnight.

Best sauce with it is IMO Satay peanut sauce but its pretty heavy consisting of peanut butter, coconut milk, chinese sweet and spicy sauce and onion. Loads of good fats though.
>>
Maybe you shouldn't marinate it at all uh?
>>
>>7859830
This is pretty good:

Vinegar, Chopped cilantro, squeeze some lime, add some tomatoes, some paprika, garlic and onions, salt and pepper some parsley. Blend it all up and just toss it with the chicken in a bag.

Curry is also really low fat and spicy and generally really good. You can do it without too much fat, just a tablespoon of olive oil when frying up the whole spices and the ginger/garlic. After that you just add your tomatoes and and extra seasoning + the lean meat or just some lentils or beans. Have it over some brown rice or with lots of broccoli or other veggies. Almost no fat, really spicy and nutritious.

Hey coo/ck/s, I'm looking for filing low calorie food like kimchi that tastes different. I'm a recovering fatty looking for every edge I can get.

Literally just buy vegetables that are in season and look up a way to prepare them that doesn't involve drenching them in fat.

I like kimchi just fine, but unless you're making your own it's expensive as fuck most places for being nothing more than tasty cabbage.

celery + every single kind of sauce/dressing/dip you can think of

No such thing. You just eat as much as you want but you'll never feel the way you do when eating carbs. Everything else is sugar coating. It's like eating a mushroom burger, you can get used to it, but is not the same as an actual burger.

Hi /ck/, I work 12 hour night shifts. This line of work is one of the biggest fatass generators I've ever seen, and at least 1 in 3 people I've worked with is about as wide as they are tall. It's not hard to see why, because the temptation to constantly eat just to stave off boredom is ever present.

I want to beat it and prevent myself from becoming a lard planet, though. I'm insistent on eating better. The problem is my life consists of waking up, going to work, coming home and going straight to sleep. What are the most filling and nutritious foods for someone with such little time to themselves? What are some meals can I prepare that have the best balance of cheapness, speed/ease to prepare and nutrition?

pic sort of related, it's the kind of shit I want to spend all night chowing down on but need to avoid

black coffee is fine.

you're going to have to pack a lunch. you're going to have to bite the bullet and wake up early enough to do that shit. your'e going to have to plan your lunches and your shopping and you're going to have to not let it rot in your fridge because you know you can get a meal for $4 from the vending machine.
>>
idk about meals to take with you, but a smoothie as breakfast and some almonds for snacking on is a pretty decent way to do things, i would get a bunch of frozen fruit, whatever kinds you like, mix them all in a large container in the freezer, then just get a scoop of it in a blender with some sort of fruit juice and soy milk or yogurt, fast, easy, and it'll keep you going for a while
almonds are good for snacking, i like tamari or ginger-lime

>What are some meals can I prepare that have the best balance of cheapness, speed/ease to prepare and nutrition?

Sandwiches and a baggie of veggies on the side. There's a shitload of variety to sandwiches and veggies you can use so you aren't tempted to snack on donuts or other unhealthy foods. Don't be afraid to get some hummus to liven up the veggies (believe me, they can get oooooold after a while)

What was James Dean last supper.

this might seem like a lazy troll or an unfunny cunt posting, but does anyone have recommendations for getting a good consistent defecation going?

i heard wheat and grains are good, but you can't eat those constantly that regularly imo, maybe thats just me.

I want type 3 regularly. Mine ranges through all of them. I think i need to get a more consistent diet.

mostly a consistant diet and finding out what works for you. your gut bacteria will change a lot from day to day and if you do things like eat meat for a week then all veggie for a week, you're going to have more problems with your digestion if you just ate a normal variety. You have to give your digestive system time to become acclimated to the kinds of food it is digesting.
>>
Oatmeal or some other kind of whole grains are great for breakfast. For lunch, try making salads with loads of leafy greens like lettuce and rocket. You can roast/steam vegetables as a side dish for dinner - stuff like Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and green beans among others.

tl;dr eat more fibre
>>
Very spicy chicken wings, chased with prune juice.

After six hours, consume two bowls of Bran Buds mixed with yougurt.

Eat some cabbage and an apple.

Repeat for a year.
