What do you goys put on your burgers? I usually sautee some onions and mushrooms, slap some bacon on that shit, and throw on whatever cheese I have handy with some chipotle ranch.

What's the consensus for Five(5) Guys on /ck/?
This is my third time eating a burger from there. The first time was disappointing when I got a bacon cheeseburger, since I find their cheese disgusting, and the burger was burnt. The fries were also bland.
The second time, after I stopped eating dairy, was actually pretty good. Just a simple burger, with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard. I decided to try the cajun fries, which are tremendously better than their regular fries.

Good but horribly overrated. They provide what burger joints should which are simple burgers for a fair price, but that's fucking revolutionary these days. Fries are fucking great though.

My brother is having birthday this saturday, I thought that my mom bought a cake but she didn't so I'm thinking on what cake I'm gonna make. I did only once cake in my life and that was red velvet last year. It came out ok. It wasn't as moist as I imagined it to be and I fucked up the coloring somehow, but it was ok.

I'm currently using a Hario Skerton (with the lower bearing mod) to do coarse grinding for my french press. Honestly, it doesn't make that consistent of a grind despite installing the mod as meticulously as possible - so I have also taken to using a fine strainer to separate all the dust from the grounds I use in the press pot.
The quality of the result is significantly better but I'd love to use that leftover pile of fines. I'm thinking an aeropress could make use of them, but I haven't turned up much by searching product FAQ pages or elsewhere. Can anyone with an aeropress give this a shot some time?
