Hey /ck/, just hoping to get your opinions on this. I have an electric cooktop at the moment, and a gas line already runs to my house, so I want to switch out my electric for gas.
Question is, which should I get? Any opinions welcome.

Chicken tenders. I've made them with Italian breadcrumbs, panko (my fave), flour, and crushed pork rind. I want to try more breadings. Maybe flaxmeal or shredded coconut? Please give me ideas.

They don't taste like much their squishy, jelly like nature makes them popular as a treat for children in cultures that still hunt for subsistence.
In those places they simply shoot an animal and pluck its eyes out.
In a more civilized country you'll have to ask your butcher or fishmonger if you're not already in a culture that enjoys Weird Shit™ and sells it on the regular.

Go to a store, any grocery store, and ask to buy fish heads. Roast them in the oven like you would with any other part of the fish.
The eyes are tasty, but the real reason to do this is to eat the tender and delicious cheek flesh. Even white people do this. People who can eat things without being a picky child also enjoy the brain. I find its flavor and texture similar to the small dark piece of chicken found in the seam between the thigh and spine. It's kind of like a little bite of pate?
It's treating yourself on a budget.
