What's a good pan to fry rice in? I'm not very good at cooking and I don't have much cookware but I like to eat rice a lot and I'd like to get a good pan to fry it in.

i don't know but i've seen flat bottomed woks and they should work on electric.
i think the important thing you need is a pan with high walls so you can mix and toss the rice around in there.
i'd say look at recipe videos and watch what the cook is doing and what pan they're using.
i've only fried once so can't givie diffinitive advice.

I like a tuna melt from time to time but that is it for cheese and fish. What I really don't get is cheese of fried fish sandwiches, whether the cheese in on really bad fish patties like mcshits or even fried cod. And being I am in wisconsin, it seems like cheese is just about on everything.

Had this idea of making breakfast every morning and I need something that can be made quickly before work. The first idea was smoothies but those get old after a couple months. So I tried making dumplings or somethin that resembles dumplings and just threw whatever I thought would taste good together. Ideally I want something thats like ramen noodles but healthier and can make at home.

But seriously I make my own breakfast mix of dried fruit and nuts and a bit of chocolate. Just grab a handful or two and I am ready to go.
So we got some food from a korean place, and we got some really, reall smelly vegetable that looked like onion and was sweet. I've tried searching it up, but i don't know enough to have any accurate results, anybody know what that was? Its stinking up our house.
Also post good korean food.
