That's a disgusting amount of white onion to the point I wouldn't eat it.

Without the onions, the sausages look good and the okra looks so-so. I grow my own okra too, but I normally slice and bread and fry. Occasionally I use it in gumbo. It's a bit slimy if not prepared correctly.

The average western fatty probably consumes less starch than a Thai school girl. Let alone boiled starch, which is how starch should be consumed.

Dirty rice mix
Pound of chicken breast
Can of pinto or black beans
Block of cheddar
Bag of tortillas

Cook the rice, cook the chicken, cube the shit up and make a burrito with shredded cheddar mixed in (dont buy preshredded cheddar you fucking dip). Toast it lightly in a frying pan or a sandwich press if you have one.
Put the remaining ingredients in tupperware.
Ta-da, now you have ready-to-make chicken burritos whenever you want for about $5
