What was your "HOLY SHIT I want to eat this everyday" moment? What ingredients made it that special? And where can we eat this, when we make a vacation in the area?
For me it probably was an eggplant-curry with cinnamon in Vietnam. A small city, Hoi An - but I would travel to vietnam again, just to eat 2 weeks 5 times a day in Hoi An, at one of Ms. Li's Restaurants. Seldom ate so friggin good food.

Hey guys.
Bought a really awesome donor kebab last night on the way back from a music festival. Took a few bites and it tasted great compared to the first few times I tried them.
Anyway, I fell asleep pretty much right away when I got back home, and it has been sitting out all night, for around 12 hours at this point. It's been in the kichen which is pretty cool, but not in the fridge.
Is it cool to reheat? Maybe even just the meat? Any help would be appreciated,

Any ideas about improving green tea aesthetics?
I'm trying to reduce my coffee intake but green tea just seems sad and uncool. No, I don't drink coffee because I think it's cool, I drink because I enjoy the taste. Since green tea tastes bland, I'm trying to portrait to me as a cool drink. Japanese tea ceremony isn't working. The western just perfected teacup design and those japanese liquid holders are ugly.

Any cookie recipe should do.
Just omit the eggs and baking soda/powder. Those don't come into use until it's baked.
If cake flour is recommended, use AP flour. The corn starch in cake flour will be a waste if it's not activated.
