Saute the chicken, peppers, onions, etc. Don't just drop them in the wrap "cold".

Warm the tortilla or lightly fry it in a dry pan to heat it up before you wrap.

Or are you perhaps meaning to ask about the cult of people obsessed with "live mother" vinegar, and not about apple cider vinegar specifically? I find they tend to overlap. Those people ascribe all sorts of bullshit medical miracles to any vinegar that contains the "mother". You'll hear that it cures cancer, reverses aging, eliminates acne, and all sorts of other stuff that ought to be obvious as snake-oil bullshit the moment you heard it.

I'd suggest simply using less coffee, or more water. The resulting sludge is directly related to how diluted your mixture can get.

As it is, that's looking more like the result of Turkish coffee--which notoriously still has quite a bit of coffee powder undiluted.

Pour it through a paper filter. That'll suck up all the oil that pools on the top, too.

Use a keurig, you're obviously in over your head.
