Is evian the best bottled water ?
>>8360037

Get the fuck outta here with that surrender monkey shit
Remember when Wendy's was still good......
>>8359768
I'm a 6'4" chef at Wendy's with a 9 inch cock making over $130,000 per year.
It's still good.
>>8359776
I didn't know they needed chefs to fry up their highly processed burger patties.
Did some Reddit memer get a job at Wendy's or something?
I finally fell for the Sriracha meme a couple weeks ago and bought some it's actually fucking amazing
I put it on noodles and the likes
>>8359631
>I finally fell for the Sriracha meme a couple weeks ago and bought some it's actually fucking amazing
Funny, I had it for the first time about two weeks ago and the shit is flavorless and not very hot. Before, I never really understood why it was popular.....now I have no fucking idea.
Anyone who says they like it, is a validation seeking faggot
>>8359639
>I had it and didn't like it
>Therefore everyone who says they like it is a fucking faggot
woah, cool
2.27 kg (5 pounds) of frozen chicken nuggets
*flush*
Wow it even has a resealable bag

I don't know why.
Any decent big boy could finish that in one serving and still want ice cream for dessert.
So I got one of pic related a few weeks ago for reasons. I've found it actually way less forgiving then a french press. French press I just immerse in water stir and wait four minutes, this I've been wetting the grounds, waiting half a minute, then pouring water in till it stops steady drip, then repeat until I get the desired amount of coffee.
The first cup I made was super dog shit because I used a french press grind so it was water, the second cup came out bitter, I tightened up the grind a little, though this cup I did use some starbucks house blend beans that I've never had before so they could be bitter shit for all I know. Now I've made steady good coffee with some Kona I've had, but also it was just as reliable in the french press. I feel like I have more control over variations with the pour over, just I'm not very experienced. Any tips?
>>8356591
i have the same one, i use a paper filter in mine. makes the grind size more forgiving and slows down the drip so it doesn't come out as weak. other than that, just be patient with pouring hot water over it, pour in circles and as slow as you can to cover all the grounds to maximize the amount of time the water spends in the filter. takes me ~3-5 minutes to brew a cup or two
>>8356611
You stack the paper filter over the mesh? I do like how this and french press' don't have the paper, coffee has more body.
>>8356650
yeah, one of those cone filters. true, you lose some of the flavor, but you end up with a stronger brew since it's just a bit slower and it doesn't allow any sediment through. it's a trade-off either way. if you do use a paper filter it also helps to rinse water over it first before adding grounds.
Is there Americano here any better than standard black coffee which is burnt as shit? I like having somewhere that isn't my house to do work on my laptop (nearby libraries are shut and my uni is double the distance of this starbucks) and this works but god damn, the coffee is a 2/5 at best.
What's my best option if I just want coffee and not sugary drinks
>>8360642
is the Americano*
>>8360642
My local stores recently started carrying a line of cold brew drinks that are actually pretty decent. Smooth taste, decent on their own - sans sweeteners and creams. Not sure if it's getting to be cold as balls where you are just yet, but try giving those a whirl.
Americano is an awful way to drink coffee
If I put cheddar on a piece of cake, is it now a cheesecake?
Nope.
Great thread by the way, very witty.
no
its cheese with cake.
>>8360695
Actually it's cake with cheese. Portion of cake is larger than the portion of cheese; descriptives should go in descending order.
Hey, /ck/, whats your average daily meal like?
How much calorie per day do you consume?
Here's yesterday's food
>breakfast: peanut butter+bread sandwich
>lunch/dinner: two top ramen + 1 egg + cheese slice
On average I do right under 1000 calorie per day. 5'11/160 lb
>>8349550
dunno, but i do smoke a cigarette with each meal :)
what i eat varies but probably around 1000-1200 calories per day
5'2 / 125 lb

Do you have cancer?
Alright /ck/ I have ordered so much papa johns pizza that they have awarded me a free pizza. However, I have a choice between a two topping or 3 topping pizza. What kind of pizza should I get?
Try ordering a pizza that you like instead of being a fucking child and asking a Philippino pedophilia outlet what to do for you you absolute FUCKING FAGGOT

Looking to perfect my Turkey recipe for this upcoming Christmas. This is what I've got so far.
24 hour brine with the following seasonings:
Cumin
Cinnomin
Peppercorns
Onion powder
Brown Sugar
Vegetable stock
When done I'll stuff the turkey with carrots, onion, and celery to get the insides flavored. I'll slather butter under the skin so it keeps the meat moist and tender. I'll cook it upside down for 1 hour at 350F then flip it. I'll put tin foil over the leg bones so they don't tear and remove them 40 minutes prior to it being finished. Basting will occur every 45 minutes until done. Inside temperature should be at 165F when finished and then rested for 20 minutes under foil. The residual heat will continue cooking the turkey but won't overcook it which occurs around 170F.
Am I missing anything? Should I change anything?
You need to make sure you write down the nearest Boston Market phone number for when you fuck it up like usual.
>residual heat will continue cooking the turkey
Then you should be taking it out a little earlier, yes? Take it out at 160.
why not just roast the damn turkey and worry about seasoning later?
Hi Cooks!
Quick question, I want to cook a some squash, with diced bacon, whole squashed garlic cloves and kale.
My main question is, which whould I add first between the diced bacon and garlic cloves?
I was thinking of puting the garlic cloves in first at high heat with duck fat to sear them, then add the bacon, but my SO says to add the garlic after the bacon to not burn it...
What do?
Add the bacon first - you don't want to burn the garlic

>garlic cloves in first at high heat with duck fat to sear them
Bacon Low Heat few minutes crank to max just before crispy add garlic and honey and sherry then in goes squash crush with fork add Parmesan and bake under Grill disregard cabbage bov mir
How long can I eat sauce sachets after the expiry date? I'm talking stuff like ketchup and bbq sauce, nothing dairy or egg-based
It has so many preservatives in it it basically never expires. Most things don't even have an expiry date, but a best by date. I think they have to put an expiry/best by date on the packaging by law. I think they also put it so you would hey their products at regular intervals.
tl;dr, years.
>>8359565
Ah ok, so I can take it from this that eating it a year out of date is absolutely fine?
>>8359570
Seeing that it's essentially sugar and additives, yeah sure.
>breakfast my gf made this morning
>nitrates
That's cute.
What kind of cheese is that at the bottom?
>>8359424
Lotta effort there, faggot.
Now that the dust has settled can we all agree this is a delicious looking sandwich?
for me it's the McChicken, the greatest fast food sandwich
>>8359302
There's too much shit in there. Also,
>Knife in the middle of it
Trash
>>8359302
I can't help but feel that sandwich is big enough to bite back.
Back in the day, these were a quality product....they had good flakey crisper crust and flavorful fillings that were indeed filling
These days....not so much. The crust is doughey and chewy in an unpleasant way, and the fillings aren't enough and seem noticeable lesser quality taste

well, the markets open for competition, so you could always start producing your own competing product instead of complaining
