How many times a day would you hear of a customer being complete retards and biting into bone-in wings thinking they were boneless?
>>
How many sauce bowls do they use there?
How much sauce do they go through?
Are wings cooked to order or just sit forever?
>>
>>8375662
The cooks are pretty good at knowing how many wings we need at certain times of a day, so they'd usually cook a lot at once and put them in these really big heated metal drawers. As long as the one you're at isn't a shitty bdubs you won't be getting old wings. If you want really fresh ask for extra crispy. And the sauces depended on the flavor. Honey barbecue and parm garlic were the most popular so we'd go through multiple bags a day. And the cups we went through a shit ton I don't know specific numbers. But I'd have to get knew sleeves a bunch of times throughout the day

I sexually Identify as the Holy Roman Emperor. Ever since I was a boy I dreamed of putting Saracens to the sword in the name of God, while watching over the greatest organization of Catholic states. People say to me that a person being the Holy Roman Emperor is Impossible and I’m actually German, not Holy, not Roman, and not an empire but I don’t care, I’m beautiful and Latin. I’m having a plastic surgeon install translatio imperii, Landsknecht, and the Reichskrone upon my head. From now on I want you guys to call me “Kaiser” and respect my right to rule the greatest feudal realm and rule effectively. If you can’t accept me you’re an Imperiumphobe and need to check your secular privilege. Thank you for being so understanding.

I feel sorry for this guy having to play the clown to make a living

Working as a chef should earn you the respect of adults, not gullible children that enjoy flashy garbage

That being said it doesn't look like he enjoys himself at all, what a fucking tool

That thing actually looks great right now. Taco Johns is what I could find from image search. I don't have any near me, sadly. Making my own just isn't worth it as hung over as I am.

This is a combination I've stumbled upon, and I have discovered that the two have a great synergy.
Weetabix are bricks of cooked and compressed whole-grain wheat, sold in many western countries (although they seem to be most popular in the UK).
Coffee is a dark beverage prepared by releasing flavour and caffeine from the roasted and ground pits of the coffea arabica plant using hot water. It's a staple in many parts of the world and the second-most consumed beverage in some countries.
Instructions: Place weetabix in bowl. Pour coffee over them. Mush up with spoon. Repeat until desired number of weetabix has been mushed. If you like your coffee with cream or sugar, you can add that, too.
The many advantages:
Weetabix need fluid to be converted into their edible form.
The caffeine accelerates your metabolism.
Thus, the carbohydrates of the wheat will be processed quicker, giving you valuable energy.
Weetabix is also high in fiber, improving the quality of your bowel movements (after how many it kicks in depends of course on their capacity in the morning).
I know many like their cereal warm; the result will be.
In turn, due to the lower initial temperature of the weetabix and the drastically increased surface area, the coffee is cooled down to drinkable temperatures.
It wins out over flake-type of cereal by virtue of its consistency. It's a sticky paste, soaking up lots of fluid, nothing can spill, nothing needs to be chewed very long.
Of course, you also save the time it usually would take to drink a cup (or two) of coffee.
Last of all, I also quite like the taste.
Oppinions?

It sounds like a very efficient morning meal. You can also increase morning efficiency by shaving and brushing your teeth in the shower. Of course, there's the classic closet full of the same outfit to remove pointless daily clothing decision-making.

Should I wash meat before cooking?

Apparently washing is bad because bacteria can spread to the sink, other areas of the kitchen, and other food. But I've been reading some chef's forum and some of them do wash their meat to get blood or bits of bones out. Only with chicken though. Not sure if they wash beef or pork.

Also what if I were to butcher the bird myself? Should I wash it?

Would like some opinions on this.

I've seen Asians wash their meat, and even soak it in water for some reason, pretty often, but never really understood why.

The only reason I've ever been taught/told to wash meat is when we get a 50 pound case of chicken wings or something and there might be little bits of juice and whatnot that we want rinsed off before we marinate them. Otherwise it's pretty much when a piece of meat (typically poultry) is getting old and starts to smell a little. Rinse it off, and if it still smells it's most likely no good to sell; if the smell is gone after rinsing, it should be good to go for that night but probably thrown out after that.

Don't listen to anyone who talks about "getting rid of blood" (I've heard Maangchi talk about this). There's no blood in meat you buy from a butcher or grocery store.

>There's no blood in meat you buy from a butcher or grocery store.
Except there actually is. Of course not all the time but how can you say there IS NEVER ANY BLOOD in meat? It depends on where you got it from

Hey /ck/, I tried making some chocolate truffles to give as Christmas gifts to friends, and they were surprisingly so easy to make. I was planning on making a couple more, but I have no ideas what taste combinations to make.

What I have so far:
>orange with cinnamon
>plain chocolate with cocoa powder
>coffe with powered sugar
>green tea

Any ideas for some good taste combinations for chocolate, /ck/?

Well you've hit the citrus, normie, intense and weeb tastes.

Obvious things you could do would be:
>Roll them in coconut
>Add some crushed hazelnut or a nut of your choice
>Add some dried fruit
>Add mint
>Add caramel

That's pretty much your average selection box.

If it's anything like the fondue parties of the 70's then you're going to eat a bunch of shit with cheese on it. Afterwards all of the guys are going to throw their car/house keys into a sack and the girls are going to pick out the keys blindly. The girl then goes home with the owner of the key.
