I don't watch youtube, but yes, you can use them to make no-knead bread. You can look up the NY Times recipe which is where the technique first reached mainstream consciousness

This, my friend, is a dish so burnt that the onions caramelized on accident. The meat is charcoal. Tastes pretty good, would recommend.

Does anyone else enjoy playing with food?
I love playing with food especially mash potatoes and rice. Crushing with my fist and watching the potatoes or rice go through my fingers, crushing rice and making them into patties, crushing rice and making them "embody" the meats and then eating them like a meatball (rice ball) stuffed with meat or just eating with my hands like a savage.
Crushing hamburger patties or minced meat, all of these are so fun!
Rice fresh from the rice cooker is THE BEST!, especially when they're kinda sticky. Hot and fluffy and so delicious. Painful to hold though.
It makes eating so fun!
I don't waste food though, I eat everything I play with.
