Is it possible to live to be 100 on a mostly junk food diet?. I am 35 and feel ok, not too bad. I ate for breakfast (big meal that will probably be one of two for today) a pizza and half a dozen donuts with a pepsi.


I don't ALWAYS eat like that but about half of the times I eat that fucked up. Is it possible for me to live to be old like this? or am I absolutely guaranteed to be totally fucked up in like five years or so?.

What food do you really want to like but you just can't find any that you love?

For me it's Chinese food. I have dishes that I like more than others, but have never been to or even seen a nice, high quality Chinese restraunt. All the places that people say are "soooo good" are all the same, and range from meh to puke.

I live on the California coast for fuck's sake, I can get top notch Vietnamese and Japanese food just around the corner from my house, yet every single Chinese place is a sticky, sweaty hole that smells like cleaners and serves over-sugared, msg-laiden, mushy slimey grease bombs.

I don't think I dislike Chinese food, but I have yet to find a good Chinese restaraunt. You can get burgers anywhere from McDonald's to a steak house, Italian food ranges from Pizza Hut to local date-night restaraunts. Seafood can be anything from Long John Silvers to $$$ places on the end of a pier. Even Mexican food, which is really more of a "casual" food like Chinese has some really nice sit-downs.

But I've never seen a Chinese restaraunt that isn't run down and cut rate.

I've found some that are "good" in the way that bar food is "good". More like it "hits the spot" rather than something that is really high quality.

I would honestly have to say mostly all foods. I've never been taken back or blown away with food. I've been cooking for myself for so long that I'm super stingy how I want to spend money and 99% of places ive eaten out at, I know I could make it better for less money.
