• In a smoothie (with berries or citrus fruits+ ice)
• On top of some oatmeal
• On top of some peanut butter toast
• In banana bread (this is my favorite use. takes a little while but its delicious)
• Covered in melted chocolate and refrigerated

Slice them up and use them for stir fry, or cook them to soften and then make cabbage rolls. Yes they are safe. They are the same material as the head you want to eat, but have less than enticing flavor when raw.
You can also use them for soup.

I do both.
But sometimes I forget I need to make more and eat the marrow. It's really only the bones from thighs and legs that I automatically eat without thinking.
