What's the best way to eat rabbit?
Boiled mate with onions and mustard. Mushrooms too!
Boil them, mash them, stick them in a stew.

Cooked.
This is what I got for the entire month on food stamps.
It took me 8 minutes to spend my money for the month.
Why is it like this?
(Powder is broccoli cheese soup, $3.50, there s another package of broccoli out of frame)
How to eat food if you're a sperg?
Find a fucking job
>>8531251
Have babies with some breeder you don't care about. Be minimally involved with their lives but claim them as dependents so you get more food monies.
Government doesn't give a shit about single people as is, no less worthless spergs.

Would you hire an autist?
The THREE BUSINESSES in my town don't seem to want to, even though I'm close friends with the managers.
What are some of the best phone apps for saving money at restaurants?
So far I've gotten some awesome coupons using the McDonald's™ and Burger King™ apps, but I'm wondering what else is out there. Any tips, /ck?
I just get coupons in the paper or mail
>>8530738
I save money at restaurants by cooking my own meals for less money at home. It tastes better too. If you're concerned with saving money when you eat out, you probably shouldn't be eating out.
>>8530749
He wants to eat out. Why not save money while he is doing it? Don't judge him. And Op the only App I use is McDonalds. I used the burger king app and got 2 whoppers one time and got violently ill.
How viable is cooking chicken from frozen
roasting frozen meat works just fine-it actually improves the results for lean and dry meats. add at least 50% to cooking time otherwise proceed as normal.
getting that shit out of the package when its frozen is the hardest part, I always unwrap and portion my meats before freezing
If you have 2-4 hours get a bowl of tap water and throw them in there (in a bag or package so they don't soak up the water)
If you don't have time you can defrost in the microwave.
>>8530633
Its not.
Run cold water over it and it will thaw in about a hour.
>survive 100% on fast food and restaurants
>have to give up fast food and restaurants to be healthy which means having to cook for every meal
>don't know how to cook
>no /ck/ sticky
Why doesn't this place have an equivalent to the /fit/ sticky
>hurr just google it
You mean spend years trying to sort out the huge mess of misinformation online when I know literally nothing to begin with? How would I even know what sites are worth using or reliable?
>>8530526
This board is honestly a pretty dead board.
But honestly, you don't need this board to tell you how to cook.
Watch some videos, google and youtube some recipes. Once you get used to following steps, stringing together the types of herbs, spices, and ingredients used in different types of cooking, you can free-hand.
If you have a question about specific dishes, you're better asking that.
Although I do agree that there should be a sticky for this board. It just isn't a very active board.

Here's some infographics though.
Hello /ck/ I just got this stuff in the mail and had my first meal.
It tastes like a milkshake made out of soy, and is VERRY filling. I'm looking forward to replacing my diet with this stuff as well
What does /ck/ think of meal replacements?
Enjoy your explosive diarrhea

Mindless fuckery. You're lying.
Enjoy dying of a plebian food choice filled with substandard nutrition choices and indigestion.
>eat spicy food
>all it does is make my tongue burn
Why do people like this shit again? Is it masochism?
>>8530360
Some people like the taste of spicy food. They have a higher threshold for the pain than you do so they aren't just tasting burning, they're tasting the other flavors of the peppers/sauce/etc. Personally I love the flavor of most hot peppers, though eating too many of them results in nothing but pain. It's a matter of finding the right amount so you can taste the food but not be overwhelmed by the heat.
Also, some people really do eat hot food for masochistic purposes. The pain causes the body to release endorphins. I once ordered a Thai curry that was far too hot for my tolerance. It was not a pleasant experience to eat it. But afterward I felt literally high. That's not my thing but I can see how some people might like it.
>>8530360
Sometimes when I eat spicy food it makes me feel kind of high and alert. Not even crazy spicy things either, just jalapenos or fairly standard hot sauce. I guess that does make it kind of a masochism thing.
>>8530360
The taste is pretty good, and the people who like the real spicy shit slowly accustom themselves to it.
how do you improve frozen frenchie fries?
normally making them they are dry and shit
>>8530205

oven is heated and and i have frozen ones...
I just chewed out the workers at popeyes chicken. All I ordered was chicken. THEY HAD ONE HUNDRED CHICKENS RIGHT BEHIND THEM. Throw that shit on a plate and hand it my way. Instead they are rumagging around putting all their energy in the drive through. Dicking around and pretending to be busy because the management studied in their MBA research people are more satisfied when forced to wait. Once the IDIOT served someone behind me first I blew up in their face and chewed them out. Why does it always take so long. I didnt even order sides. Why are you playing games with your fucking customers. Instead the workers were just smirking, looking at each other and keeping their mouth shut like they were too stupid to speak. Fucking trash. I guess that is why they work at popeyes chicken.

You were in fatass withdrawl
Rate this ramen lunch special that I'm going to be getting to-go in about an hour. It also comes with a spicy tuna or California roll.
Not bad for the price assuming it's solid quality.
My local ramen place would charge ~$15 for that.
>>8529758
soy sauce ramen, extra spicy, extra noodles, sea weed and bean sprouts: $9.95 that's not bad.
What city?
Looks a little messy on the Yelp but it probably tastes good.
>>8529789
Suburb north of Los Angeles called Santa Clarita. We're getting a TV show apparently.
Everyone has their go to recipes that they make almost every week. Post yours and for those curious post the recipe.

Every week there's:
>tacos
>spaghetti w/ meat sauce
>breakfast burritos
>pizza
I'm a full-time student with a part-time job, so it's not easy prepping and cooking something extravagant, especially if it requires a LOT of cleaning up afterwards
>>8529545
Is your spaghetti sauce anything special? I haven't made my own sauce before.
herbed chicken breast in butter with rice and peas
ground turkey cutlets with assorted veg
tacos/burritos with beef, chicken or pork, and refritos, served with toppings
hamburgers and broccoli with ketchup
porkchops and pasta with a green salad
actually I make a salad about every night
pancakes or waffles or biscuits with eggs and bacon, sausage and fruit
Do you bake your bacon or pan fry it /ck/?
I think there are benefits to both methods. Although when I precook bacon for sandwiches I like to bake it because I feels its more flavorful.
For me it depends on how thick the bacon is. I cook thick cut bacon in the oven, but I cook thin cut bacon in a skillet.
Just took these out of the oven. I love how flat they are. They're crispy and filled with flavor!
>>8528969
Hmm i need to try this. Ive only baked thin bacon
What is the greatest kind of cheese /ck/?
American.
Gouda and pecorino romano.
Camembert as a second favorite.
Blue cheese maybe, but i didn't really try anything besides gorgonzola, hard to find stilton in italy
>>8528910
Look for Saint Agur if you want to try some good blue cheese.

Just three or four more months.

I stopped "heat and serve" food prep once I learned how to cook.
