Thank god for deep frying. I love the stuff, but only do it once or twice a year.
Half a gallon in the fryer: one day chicken, next fries, third some falafels.
Then I had my share of frying for 6 months.

Has anybody had any good results aging anything besides beef? I bought a lot of chicken and don't have room to freeze it, so I'm curious as to whether I can expect anything good out of salting it and letting it air out in the fridge for the week.

Anyone tried the new KFC Golden honey mustard BBQ sauce tenders? I am taking my girlfriend who looks like a prettier Audrey from Twin Peaks on a date to try them tonight.
I really liked the Nashville heat and I doubt I will like these as much. Regardless, I want KFC to brinig back pre sauced wings and tenders so I will continue to be their customer.

You're right about the Nashville Hot. My wife and I destroyed a 12 piece meal worth and it was fucking great. Gave me the shits later on, probably due to all the grease.
