Most people lack the self control to just eat what they want in moderate amounts so as to not exceed maintenance, so they need to follow a set of memes to make it harder on themselves.

this is why you don't follow meme internet diets. if you're really overweight your best bet is just eating a 500 calorie deficit each day and exercising a few times a week.

things like carb-cycling are legit, and pseudo-ketogenic diets can work, but from what i've heard they're really only ideal if you're already at a low bodyfat percentage (8-10%) and you're trying to cut down to have body-builder tier definition. one other thing: going on a full keto diet for a long period of time can be dangerous.

So what you do it, you buy both of these things, then heat up the gravy, whether in a microwave or on stovetop, then pour it into a bowl and use it as a dipping sauce for the chips.

We have one but stopped using it. Peak ripeness of fruits and vegetables generally coincides with strong sun and hot tems where I am, so we just load up the trays and put them in the car with the windows rolled up. Dries perfectly in 1-2 days. I usually do beef jerky in my smoker or hang from the oven racks. I guess if you don't have any alternatives it would be worth it.

Had nothing but good experiences with excalibur brand. Used it in a professional setting, so it was basically getting used 24/7 for months on end. Never had an issue except when an intern would forget to clean it out.
