I've made many sausages, it's easy and you have full control over the quality.
They are much cheaper to make yourself, but then again you do have to make quite a bit before you offset the cost of the equipment.
Do you have a kitchenaid mixer? If so, you can get a meat grinder and stuffer attachment for it for a very reasonable price.

they use pressure fryers that you don't have access to. Fry at 320F for dark meat for about 20 minutes. Only use "Fryer" size chickens (2.5-3lbs)

also OP, I'm assuming when you meant 'thawed for hours" you mean in the fridge. this is wrong. Temper your chicken on the counter for 3 or 4 hours. cold chicken takes longer to cook.

The best steak marinade is nothing. Salt and pepper, throw that bitch on, cook until medium rare, rub down with butter or garlic butter, and let it rest before you eat it.
Marinating is for cheap cuts. Expensive cuts used for steak cost more because the meat actually tastes good. If you want to marinade, get ribs next time.
