>drink beer
>get halfway through
>no enjoyment is being derived from consumption
>continue consuming
>literally drinking for drinking's sake
What's the point of getting one out of the fridge again if my end state and initial state are the same thing? My tea at least has the benefit of tasting good while I consume it, something beer does not possess. It's so meaningless, just an existential facade.

drink more and become drunk
>>8567868
then what?
shinij is best girl
hey /ck/
what's a good way to get a serving or two of veggies cooked quickly to add to my breakfast?
I'm not getting enough veggies in my diet and I think adding some to my breakie is the best way to get it done
>>8567856
Blanch your vegetables the night before and put them in the fridge. Then in the morning you can do whatever you want with them and it will be very quick.
Just add a salad. Buttered toast with omelette and salad is my go to every morning
Well, what type of vegetables do you like? Apples, lettuce, grapes, carrots, kale, potatoes, Brussels sprouts?
Has anyone pickled anything before? Pic related, second batch.
i pickled some red onions and cucumbers then added them to my slowcooker chilli. was ok taste was kind of funny but i just added more sour cream
>>8567621
Yeah. I pickle a lot of the vegetables my mom dumps off on me because she always grows way more than she thinks she planted.
I'm not ungrateful, but god damn am I eating a lot of pickled stuff in the winter months.
>>8567621
I pickle shit all the time now. Beets, eggs, cauliflower, jalapenos, carrots, red onions, etc.
They are a perfect side dish or in place of a salad.
American males are growing breasts at alarming rates due to the hormones present in every day food.
How to recognize and avoid foods saturated with growth hormones or there is nothing we can do to avoid this genetic disaster.
Are there any safe foods left to eat?
Do phytoestrogens also explain the non-trivial increase in feminized 20-somethings who crossdress and have gay relationships with like-minded herbivore men over the internet?
no
it's because of the internet
>>8567581
I'm intentionally developing breasts to help me achieve my dream of becoming the little girl.
On the menu tonight: Pan seared salmon with a sour cream, dijon mustard, and fresh dill sauce with sauteed broccolini and garlic.
I really like this sauce. It's a bit thicker than typical dijon sauces, and the sour cream gave it a decent bite. Will definitely make again.
Nice, looks good
>>8567419
Looks and sounds damn tasty. How did you make that sauce?
>>8567419
>not a white plate
reeeee
Damn, its cold outside, freezing my shiny ass off.
Time for bulletsoup.
...
Bullet Soup
1/4 lb lean ground beef
1/4 lb lean ground pork
2 tbsp grated onion
1-2 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Dried rosemary and parsley
Flour for dredging
1 diced onion
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup chopped carrot
1 diced turnip
1 diced sweet potato
1/4 package whole wheat pasta
>>8567417
I use over double that amount of garlic cooking a half cup of dry rice...
I was feeling it up until
>sweet potato
>>8567431
i would use more garlic if it was less of a pain to mince
How can this be a delicacy?
What's in there to eat?
they taste great
You eat the whole thing, ya dingus.
The bones are small, there's a bit of meat there to justify it's usual place as a starter, snack, or soup addition. Maybe you should try it before shitposting about it
Independent bakeries are obsolete now
>best bread brand
>bread brand
>brand
>>8567047
Obviously someone hasn't tried Eric Kayser brand bread
You think chain bakery bread is garbage because you've never eaten bread from a chain bakery that has the patented Fermento-Levain system
It's an understandable mistake. Like those people who said the newfangled "smart phones" would never take off
What's your signature dish?
Grilled cheese sandwich
>>8566776
That's review bruhs dad, they have the same eyes.
Okra Shrimp with Apple Foam Tahiti
Post homemade pie
If you've never made a pie you're probably not even a cook.
this thread clearly isn't serious but here you go anyway
>>8566761
i made cream pie with ur mom while ur dad watched from the kitchen closet
>that one friend who has to talk about how he doesn't like ketchup every time ketchup is brought up
>>8566732
I don't like ketchup.
learn how to green text
>>8566732
whats even worse is when your invited to a cookout of said friend and they don't have any ketchup and I then I gotta look in my glove box to see if I have any stashed
For me its the good old classic mac n cheese. Rich thick almost artificial cheese richly coating every segment of pasta inside out. It's the fully cooked elbow pasta radiating in cheesy ooze. The crack of black pepper, and maybe a sprinkling of cheddar. Nothing can beat it.
For it's the good old classic black penis. Rich thick almost real caramel richly coating every segment of the member inside out. It's the fully cooked male noodle radiating in chocolatey ooze. The crack of dark melanin, and maybe a sprinkling of lubricant. Nothing can beat it.
Ugh. Cracked ground pepper on mac and cheese is fucking delicious.
>no sliced hot doggies and squirts of Heinz ketchup
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JWdTvyy6-mU
Can you actually pickle something that fast?
>>8566445
No he's lying
Just kidding. I make quick pickled okra all the time. It obviously doesn't have that sour lacto flavor but it tastes very nice.
>Gordon Ramsay will never cook you fried chicken before taking you upstairs to play Nightcrawlers
>>8566445
Is that much sugar required for the pickling? Seems like he used too much.
What would you get off this menu?
1 of everything, for those prices.
>>8566402
corny dog and a purple flurp
>>8566402
Onion Rings, a soda, and maybe a dippy cone.
What you think?
Also pizza hut?
>>8566159
burger King is nasty, or at least the one I have gone to. you have to request to have a table cleaned, otherwise it stays nasty . also the whoppers suck because if it's to-go by the time I get home the sandwich is cold and I only live 2 minutes away from that shithole lol that's what I think, you?
Can't beat $1.50 nuggies.
