I haven't tried that out, sorry. I've heard it's spicy and flavorful, but very greasy. I only ever get the sides if I go to KFC.

Most lean cuts will do just fine, trim any visible fat and sinew.
A1 sauce, top round.
Bottom round salt, and a shitload of pepper
Sriracha sauce
Teriyaki
Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, liquid smoke, cayenne pepper, white pepper.

If you're using a dehydrator with a temp setting, don't set it to 160, you want to dry it, not cook it. Set it to 100 and dry for an extra couple hours.

Why can't anyone fucking sear meat on this board?

DRY DRY DRY the surface of your meat before searing it (if panfrying). It's one the most important thing you can do to get a good sear.

Other than that, cooked well but you forgot to sear the sides.
