Now, it's just my experience, but I will never eat wild game rare ever again. I got a bacterial infection one time from eating medium rare deer. Had me in pain for a day and on antibiotics and painkillers for like 3 weeks.

Do you eat sunfish, /ck/? It is kind of frowned-upon these days in the west, but apparently they are becoming more popular in China. This is a problem, because they eat A LOT of jellyfish, and jellyfish overpopulation is trouble in many areas.
The Chinese also eat jellyfish, but in much smaller quantities than sunfish.

pepperoncini(banana peppers)
mayo
red onion
artichokes
brown spicy mustard
a little salt and pepper
maybe some oregano if it's made with italian cuts
and sometimes pickles, either on the sandwich or the spear on the size
most of these ingredients keep incredibly long in the frisge
