For fellow medfags, here's some evidence I have found that fructose may be just slightly worse, or may lack mechanisms regulating satiety and fat storage

leeks are one of those things i buy, use once and it just sits in my fridge until i throw it out.

I guess because it's a cross between onion and celery (and to an extent green onion), which I would use instead for most things. Although they do make a great soup.

At my BK, all of their chicken products tend to taste of the same oil, more than anything else.

6/10 passable chicken breast sandwich.

Tried it today, its alright like a 6/10 and that's being generous. chik-fil-a has better chicken sandwiches for a fraction of the cost.

Cold cereal (adult cereal, not the sugary kiddie stuff) and black coffee. I used to have eggs, but I cut back.

My breakfast basically every day is

1 whole egg and 2 whites scrambled together with a piece of chopped turkey mixed in

One small potato or a bit of oatmeal

Some fruit with a table spoon of peanut butter

But about the person who just shovels it all in without tasting it or caring what it is?
