This is a blue board which means that it's for everybody (Safe For Work content only). If you see any adult content, please report it.

The last one was really fun and had lots of cool folks posting in it, so let's do it again.

Summer approaches, which means that soon every street vendor in every slavic country will be peddling his grandmama's recipe for this stuff.

How do I make chocolate from bean to bar?

How much special equipment do you need to process the cocoa beans?
16 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
Just buy nibs, it'd the bean with the useless parts extracted.

Then you don't really need any special tools besides molds.
>>
>>8756109
Where do I buy nibs that have been certified to have not used child labor?

I'm trying to make a guaranteed child labor free chocolate, and I've been only able to buy whole beans from regions that are known to not use child labor.

if you care about this you're a cuck. Just lie if you're marketing chocolate to nu-beta millenials.

Why don't you eat Papa John's more /ck/?
15 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Because I make my own pizza. Fresher ingredients, even better pizza, no tip, no gas tax.
>>
>>8755743
>fresher ingredients
Not as fresh as Papa John's. They source their veggies locally and have their own slaughterhouses, meat seldom frozen.
>even better pizza
If that were true you'd have your own pizza chain sweetie. But guess what? You don't. Papa John does.

>no tip
No one would tip you if you even had a real job.

>no gas tax

Why did spaghetti become the most popular and default pasta? It's obviously the worst style and is quite irritating and problematic, nearly every other common form of it is superior aside from maybe macaroni

Alright CK i rarely ever visit this board so i wouldn't know if this is a thing or not but last night me and my dad got some curry from an Indian takeout place. I came home tonight and was wondering what smelled like curry and it turns out it was my fucking armpits. i'm just now noticing that even after showering and everything my armpits stink of curry. Like i'm not even joking just one sniff and its like yep, that's curry alright. Is this a fucking thing!? what the fuck do they put in that shit to do that?

Capsaicin is actually clinically proven to block the neurotransmitter that causes stuffiness so being generous with anything spicy is a good idea in that case.

Scorpion pepper. Got through it with a lot of sweating and hiccuping (first time that was ever my reaction to heat, so that was fun). The rest of the day my stomach felt off, but not enough to make me sick. The next day though it felt like I shat out a nest of scorpions, but after that I was fine.

how do I stop crying from eating sriracha sauce? Its too spicy but the flavour is phenomanal. I love it and I think /ck/ should try it before dismissing it as a "meme" or something silly like that. It's a top tier condiment that spicy freaks or normal foodies can enjoy.

don't. it's literally hospital tier food

just cook better
>>
>>8751386
The only thing it's good for is cooking a steak that has no raw center, but also isn't beef jerky in the outside. It's an edible form of "look at what is technically possible to do", like making a baking soda volcano.

You can do it in your home, probably without buying anything you don't already have in the house. You're curiosity will be satisfied, and you won't want to make the mess it take the time afterwards.
