Does anyone else like to cook edibles here?

I've recently been experimenting with cooking with weed and have been pleasantly surprised, it is fun and the taste of weed is fairly nice when paired well.
Haven't had the chance to try something savoury yet, but really want to try that soon.

So far have made infused gummy sweets, chinese egg tarts, lemon tart, peanut butter bars and I currently have some infused hot chocolate simmering away.

What have you guys made and what are some suggestions for some nice edibles to make?

>>8871734
there really isn't much robust literature to support the claim that ANY spices have any appreciable affect on your health. that goes for turmeric, ginger, cayenne, everything.
>>
>>8871822
Ginger has some benefits for nausea, but that's about it. No wundercure stuff. Although a clove of raw garlic'll clear out your sinuses if you're stuffy.

This is clearly creating more addicts in society.

Is Broccoli & Cauliflower Rice the best food invention ever?

No.

Is /that/ what westerners call cauliflower rice? Just crumbled cauliflower that vaguely resembles rice? And here I thought Sri Lankan food was getting popular in the west. Guess not. Shame.
>>
>>8871607
got cauliflower, got rice, now if I mix them I'm making sri lankan food? You're worse than italians, anon.

Even the best poutine is mediocre drunk food.

I've recently only discovered cous cous, yeah shut up I know it's been around for a long time.

Anyway my favourite way to prepare it right now is simply with a chicken stock cube and some parsley or something else to make it look nice.

What alternate ways can it be prepared that are very basic (less than 5 ingredients)?

Do yourself a favor and get some nice fresh bread, some french or Irish butter, and eat a nice hunk of bread with a liberal amount of butter and honey
>>
make mead

honey + water + yeast + couple of days of comfy warmth = tasty drink
>>
>>8871043
4 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups of nuts (whatever you enjoy)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup of oil (canola or some nut oil)
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

mix well
flatten out on a pan
put in the oven for 20 to 25 at 180°C

I don't usually use imperial, but it's practical with this recipe because i can just grab any glass or bowl from my cupboard.

I went to McDonald's today and got a Filet-O-Fish combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audiobook when I glanced up and saw the McDonald's worker I ordered outside having a cigarette.

She waved at me and I nodded and had to wait 7 minutes before she went back inside and I could eat in comfort again. I don't think that employees should be bothering or even trying to socialize with customers outside of the McDonald's restaurant or drive through, but that is another story.

I went to McDonald's for dinner tonight and got a McChicken combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. As I was driving to the second window the same girl was still working. She was acting somewhat obsequious and attempting small talk when she asked, 'why don't you come eat inside instead of in the parking lot where it is cold'.

That really bothered me for many reasons. First of all, I don't want my routine or actions to be tracked by a fast food employee. Secondly, she should not try to tell me how I should live my life. I do not want to eat inside because I find it less comfortable and would much rather be inside my vehicle listening to an audiobook and enjoying myself and my privacy.

Overall, I think it was very unprofessional to bring this up. I should have a clean slate with each drive through visit, not have to get the third degree because I committed some sort of faux pas. Which I don't think I did, because I often see people eating in fast food parking lots. How does she know I am not busy going to work or somewhere in a rush. Maybe I have a short lunch break?

How do you feel about eating in your vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant versus eating inside the restaurant?

Equivalent to the dog that takes something off the table and runs to the corner to eat it.
