Do those con dating events ever lead to anything? I've missed two now and there aren't really any more cons for another year or so in the area.

Not sure. I know they get zerged by a lot of forever alone and autistic dudes. Regular guys are cautious with approaching these because we've seen women are always in short supply to participate. The one that willingly attend without any convincing from panel hosts before hand tend to have issues themselves.

Do yourself a favor. User tinder or something and just swipe right till someone likes you.

I'm having a lot of fun this con. Feels weird not doing a panel. Met a cool Sakuya on day 1, just been having goofy fun otherwise. Relaxing con for me, eager for more.

Talked to a really drunk mexican man after the con. That was the highlight.

Basically at some point someone spilled water in the room they had their panel in and it stained, so they're being blamed for it. There's a bunch of other fuckery involved and they've got photographs to proved otherwise, but it pretty much all boils down to that.
I'll definitely have more to say once I know how this phone call goes and what staff has to say. Tbh it seems like in post con haste they just jumped the gun, but hey, we'll see.
