The dress is from Bodyline and I have it. The chest bow is a pin that's supposed to be on a capelet. This one looks huge on her, she's either too short or she bought a big size and pulled the front lacing in pretty tight, because it fits fine on me. It's a stupidly heavy skirt, so she would need a serious petticoat to hold it up. Looks like cosplay on her. It's a difficult dress to work with.

Half a step forwards is still progress.
