Careful, anon. Not all white guys have the facial structure to pull off long hair. Most white guys end up looking like this or that other unfortunate dude whose face is 90% chin.

Save for the tragic facial hair he looks better here because his hair is pulled back. He'd look much better without the long, stringy, unwashed hair.

Wear a damn wig. It doesn't look good to use your natural hair. 99.9999% percent of the time it will look at best very off and at worst disgusting using your natural hair. Buy a wig and wear it for your cosplay. Please, god, please. Learn from the mistakes of so many male cosplayers before you. Even if you have a good body or face it does not excuse having no wig or a shit-tier wig.

What is with the wig rec? Is it due to it just being easier to style and not mess up? Anyone have any comparisons of wig vs natural cosplays? I've seen lots of great cosplays with natural hair.

wigs make it easier to identify that it's cosplay, especially if it's a pretty basic outfit (see: i cosplayed shinji by wearing a white button down). also, they kinda add that theatricality to the costume and make it better, especially when cosplaying something animated or 2d where the hair volume is exaggerated anyways.

Con Jesus is good and pretty easy, people always say how I have the Jesus look going on. I'll keep it in mind.

as long as its as close to looking like the character then I dont have a problem with that
